I'm giving it one star because it won't let me give any, but this website is garbage. Do not buy from that website angelenita they are scammers. They do not comply with the sales rules they put on the page. My daughter bought a dress from her and they sent her a different model and color. They force me to make the return in China, when it is purchased in Europe. Return shipping to China costs almost half the value of the dress. They do not respond to emails and after the sale, they hide so as not to show their face when there is a problem. They are thieves. If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy here. I told the owner of the page, I am going to write on all the internet sites so that they know the reality of your poor after-sales services.

I got scammed too! Ordered two dresses and they never arrived!

DO NOT BUY from this company. It's a scam. I purchased 2x dresses and neither of them have arrived. I've emailed and not heard anything in weeks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase, However I saw the dress on an ad and thought it was perfect especially because it was on sale. I bought the dress for $75 AUD when it's original price was about $148, and I got a sheer, see through, rip off dress. It's not flattering, once it is on you can see every defining detail of my body as it leaves nothing to the imagination. Now they want me to send the dress back at my own expense without any regards to refunding me for my purchase! save your money, save your time. Do not shop from this company

the dresses are not the dresses pictured and the process of requesting a refund is almost impossible, I had one email back and haven't been able to gain a refund at all for a dress that cost almost 50 pounds. I've learned the hard way sadly but am reporting them through trading standards under false advertising and not complying with law around this.

SCAM !! Dont order from this website. The dresses look nothing in person like they do online. I messaged them for a refund they still haven't answered .

Scam. Really poor quality and bad customer service. They refuse to send me the return label and I’ve been asking for over two weeks for it. I want my money back!!! Don’t buy here!!!!!

The dress I bought was missing a shoulder strap. Now I can't get hold of the Customer Service anymore. First they decline the defected return/refund and claimed it looked the same as the picture online. After I pointed out that the dress was missing a shoulder strap they told me that they was forwarding my message to a manager, after that they have ghosted me. This is a SCAM.

If I could give 0 I would! I ordered a size M after I consulted their size guide but what arrived was XS. When asked them to reimburse they said I should have requested advise from their team before buying and therefore I was not entitled to a reimbursement. They offered me (like if they were doing a favour to me!) a 50% reimbursement, which I accepted but never saw in my bank account. Do not buy, they are very unprofessional and scammers.

They are scammers. They sent me a completely different dress than I ordered. They will not pay you back your money. Don't buy it from this website. 

If I could give this a 0 I would. My order didn’t arrive in time, so I asked for it to be cancelled as it hadn’t been shipped. I was told this wasn’t possible as it had already been processed, I then received an email 3 days later telling me my item had been processed. I wish they cancelled it like I asked (which was within their guidelines) so I wouldn’t be going through this current situation. I have been trying to return my item for a week now, going back and forth with “customer services”, who haven’t told me the post/zip code or which courier I need to use to return my parcel. I looked on their website and it says I have to use FED EX, this would cost me £70 to return!!! The customer services team has been no help at all. I couldn’t be more disappointed and frustrated with a service.

Awful poor quality arrived damaged and refused a full saying dress was not damaged I did it. This was for my daughter’s prom and cost £50. Offered 30% refund in which didn’t even get that them saying problem with their banking system.
I paid on credit card so going through my bank.
Awful customer service do not order from this company!

No shipping number no contact no package its a dropshipping scam

The items took forever to be delivered. And when they arrived the dresses were horrible quality and the zippers were not staying up. They had no invoice or receipt in the package. When asked about there return policy they said they didn't have one which it clearly states they do on their website. When I confronted her about it she gave me an address to send it back to and that it had to be sent back FedEx. I took it to a FedEx shipping center and it was going to cost twice what I paid for the dresses to send it back. I paid $50 per dress which is absolutely ridiculous given the extremely poor quality. I 100% do not recommend them or say anyone buy any of their dresses.

Appalling scam! I purchased a pair of trousers poorly made do not fit asked for a return and they have evaded everything.
Just so you know it cost £20.00 to return an item to their manufacturer in China. I only got the address because I made a pest of myself. On Who is it’s not legit but I managed to find the actual owner and she closed the business in 2022. Watch out it is a complete scam Poor quality and terrible sizing. You will not get your money back unless you report the scam to the bank.

Completely scam site, horrendous products with unacceptable quality, 100% guaranty of money back is a lie

Currently has fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. I only found this out after I made my purchase.
