Very happy with our new front door and French doors. Everything went as to schedule thanks to Christina Malone and Jordan Lewis. The installation went smoothly thanks to installers Ben and Bill and Manager Mark Davenport. ☺️

Had new soffits, fascias and guttering fitted in SE9. Whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free. The guy from Anglian who carried out the work (sorry, I didn't get his name!) did a fabulous job and I am really happy with the result. There was very limited space to work in but he did really well and also made a brilliant job of clearing up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I registered my interest online for a replacement window. What followed was a week of constant phone calls and badgering. Even after booking in a home appointment, I still received phone calls from Anglian chasing an appointment.

After speaking with an agent on Friday, we booked in an appointment for Monday. I then received phone calls, voicemails and text messages on Saturday evening, asking if I was free on Sunday instead.

Following this, I have since cancelled the appointment on Monday and will look to an alternative supplier.

This type of contact is verging on harassment and has created an overwhelming sense of pressure, which I will not tolerate.

If this is how they behave when pricing, I dread to think how they’ll act after quoting a job or if there were issues with the products / install.

I would highly recommend avoiding giving any of your personal details to Anglian, as since registering interest, I have also seen a large increase in spam calls and emails.

I visited the Anglian website to try to get an idea of what a new front door would cost, with the intention of getting the work done at some point in the future. Someone from the company called me to book in a visit to my house to give a quote, but I explained I wasn’t ready to do the work just yet and I was just wanting a general idea of price rather than a specific quote at this stage. When I explained this he basically laughed at me and asked why I’d contacted them if I wasn’t planning on having the work done next week. Absolutely terrible experience and I will absolutely not be going to them when I’m ready to get the work done.

Last used your products 30 years and 4 properties ago, was impressed you still had my installation on record. Had 2 sets of sliding patio doors and a small window installed by a first class,friendly fitter,Lee Bristow.We are pleased that your product is still the best,at a great price too.

So after being messed about and staff telling lies to me since April 2026 when I had new front and back doors fitted the very nice lady from the complaint department agreed to close my case and I would forfeit my 10 year warranty and arrange for another company to sort the door handle, which has been done and is so much easier to use/open/close on my stable door. When the company removed the handle, yes there is a fault despite Anglian engineers saying there wasn’t and Anglian refusing to change the handle. They are also going to sort the rubber strip at the bottom of the door and they fitted the cat flap. So all in all a good day with a local company - A55. So when Anglian’s door ceases to work totally, I will be going to A55 for a replacement and will use them for my new windows. I will not be going to Anglian or any of the other companies they have taken over eg safe style, Everest etc

I initially approached Anglian Home Improvements for a quote and, unfortunately, my experience led me to decide not to proceed.

My first interaction was with Nicola, who was professional, helpful, and took the time to discuss designs and provide a quotation. At that stage, everything was positive.

Following this, I received a call from a manager who wanted to discuss whether a better price could be offered. Shortly afterwards, I received an unexpected call from another person, Danny, who introduced himself as a supervisor and said my details had been passed to him. As I had not been informed that somebody else would be contacting me, the call felt entirely unexpected and initially caused me to question whether it was genuine.

During the conversation, I felt under pressure to indicate whether I would commit to a purchase before I had even been given details of a revised offer. When I explained that I would consider any improved price once it had been presented, I was told that there was no point continuing unless I was prepared to commit. I found this approach uncomfortable and felt it was more focused on securing an immediate sale than allowing me time to make an informed decision.

I was then told that if a better price could be arranged, I would be contacted again. However, no follow-up call was received.

Several weeks later, I began receiving marketing emails suggesting that better offers were available. Wanting to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I contacted them again and explained my previous experience. I specifically requested not to be contacted by the same person and was assured that somebody else would get in touch later that day. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened either.

My main concern is not the pricing itself but the inconsistency in communication. I experienced pressure to commit before being given the necessary information, followed by repeated promises of contact that were not fulfilled. As a result, I lost confidence in the process and decided not to proceed.

Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable committing to a significant purchase with a company that did not meet my expectations for communication, professionalism, and follow-through.

Do not invite a salesperson for this company into your house. They still practice the hard sell technique. They play with figures and undermine your intelligence. A figure for the quote is plucked from the air. Then he phones a colleague for a discount code and halves the initial amount! When I said that was still too much, he asked how much more discount did I want , made another call , and matched my request. Crazy. He then said it was a special offer, he wouldn't get any commission and I had to agree there and then. I voiced that I was feeling pressured. He became angry. He showed me what he had done on his laptop. I was very uncomfortable, especially when he started calling me ' poppet ' . Luckily my son returned early from work, and we were able to remove the salesman - 2 hours later !!! If their product is any good, it should sell itself. Avoid !!

The whole experience has been good: straightforward and great windows. My installer, James Blackmore was friendly, efficient, considerate and tidy. I’m very grateful to him for coming on a Saturday after poor Sean had to attend family illness yesterday. The only small drawback was that the factory didn’t notice that the type of door restraint used wouldn’t work on these narrow windows. I’ve no doubt that James’s manager will call me on Monday to arrange the fitting of an alternative.

I was so pleased with the front door that I ordered and had installed by Anglian that I decided to have new back doors from them. The quality of the doors is great with tight seals etc. The customer service has been really good (Irina Pick and Jamie) and the fitters were polite, efficient and did a great job (Mark Westwood).

I spent a lot of money with Anglia. Doors, soffits and guttering were good, but my expensive glass roof veranda has been a big disappointment. I had to pay for a glass breakage which should have been reinforced, the guttering has fell apart in the heat and the self cleaning glass remains filthy. The engineer turned up promptly to fix the guttering but I’ve heard nothing since.

The Anglian technician was obviously very experienced. He showed great skill and meticulous care in installing the door and side panel. He was also polite, courteous and friendly.

I have just had all my windows replaced by Anglian Home Improvements. The result is absolutely fantastic and I am more than pleased with the installation. Thank you so very much to Lee and most of all to Owen Winn for his expertise, professionalism and meticulous over all help and support. Very well done Anglian.

Great service from start to finish. Lawrence introduced the Company and product, the surveyor was prompt and efficient nd the installers Paddy, Greg and Steve did a super job.

We chose Anglian after getting various quotes from other firms. Anglian were excellent from the beginning. The process of agreeing to the window and getting it finished was almost perfect.
Looking one star for two things.. one initial appointment was a little pushy with regards to money, but we wanted it done and he sold it well! So we paid the deposit on the day. Secondly, there was very little contact from Anglian before the appointment. I would’ve expected a call a few days before, but we got a call the afternoon before and when I called back at 17.04 they were closed. The appointment was for 11. But they turned up at 830, expecting to start.. I was cross as it’s summer holidays and we are surrounded by a building site atm so felt really surrounded. I got over my strop though as the fitters were FANTASTIC. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. They put up cardboard everywhere so everything was protected, to keep the cats upstairs and cleaned up afterwards.
We are very impressed.
If Anglian could be more on it with communication then they would be perfect!
The window makes an enormous difference in looks and sound proofing. We hope it will help with keeping the heat in over the winter too.
Overall excellent. We would recommend Anglian to anyone.

The worst company i have dealt with, they dont get back to you, i have sent them email after email, call after call. When they finally get back to you they send a staff that turns up at three differnt times with the wrong parts and the issue is still not sorted and im back to square one, waiting for them to bother getting back to me. Very unprofessional company, once they take your money, warranty also means nothing to them. Avoid at all cost, and save yourselves from the hustle.

Excellent from Ian who came to measure up and give us excellent advice, to the ladies in the office who are always contactable to the guys who did the fitting, Bob and Alan. The actual product is the best. I’d recommend
