Chose the windows that we wanted and agreed the price that I was prepared to pay. Surveyor's visit was o k, scaffolding went up, the job was done very well with dust sheets everywhere, scaffolding down all neat and tidy.
Couldn't fault the workers or the workmanship.

Great follow up for snagging following new window installation from Service Engineer Tony whom we have met before . Tony is professional friendly helpful and competent with a can do attitude. Thank you Tony

we had an Anglian service visit booked for today. The engineer phoned to say when he would arrive and he was on time. On arrival he was polite, chatty and friendly. He talked us through the problem and completed the repair very quickly. He also supplied us with information on care and maintenance and was helpful throughout and went above and beyond. Our engineers name is Robbie Ruddenham. He is a credit to your company.

Experienced fitters who discussed their process before they started, fitted gutters, fascias and soffits in no time. Pleasant and polite service and a first class job that makes a huge difference to our property

He was delightful, charming, friendly courteous, and a consumate professional!
I was then contacted by the equally delightful Greg, the Area Manager. He managed to negotiate an amazing deal for me, which I truly appreciated 👏
Andi and Kyle actually installed the windows, and my best friend Wendy, and I were both incredibly impressed with their faultless craftsmanship.
They cleared up thoroughly once their jobs were done, and we could not have been happier with our new, top-of-the-range windows 🥳
I have no hesitation whatsoever, in highly recommending Anglian, to anyone thinking about approaching them!

The products are excellent. The fitting of the products could not be faulted.
The only possible improvement could be a tighter control over the erection, use and removal of the scaffolding.

Brett &Paul were professional and Courteous, work was carried out to a high standard. On completion full payment was made using BACKS bank transfer. To my surprise I received an Email two days later informing me of a necessary further visit to finally complete the work, certain details needed attention, end caps to be fitted, letter box to be changed and a lock replaced..If I had been aware of these omissions I certainly would have withheld payment until the work was completed. Why on earth didn’t the fitters tell me of these omissions. Could it be that their wages would be affected if I had withheld payment.

Love our new front door. Bartosz was so friendly it was like talking to someone we had known for years. Very knowledgeable and we felt in full control of the design process. Communication was great all the way through.
Installation day was also great. Fitter arrived early and was very considerate, cleaning up after himself and making sure we were happy with the work. Good explanation and demonstrations. Door is absolutely stunning and excellent quality. Thank you!

No fuss made, quick turn around and good quality

Had windows and doors in done in May but today had the guttering and fascia by John and George from Anglian Home improvements, they did a great job. as there was problems under the old. But they manage it and cleared up really well wouldn't know they were there. Only improvement would be more communication from the office to the customer and the fitters. we had the items delivered 10 day before and we was going to have it done in September not August. But highly recommend John and George who did a fab job and Alan and Aaron who did the windows. Anglian Home improvements treat them well, you are very lucky to have workers like that.

Anglian provided the majority of windows for my full house refurb. Salesman were quite pushy but not excessively so. They were helpful and honest by reducing the original quote after changes were made. The surveyor Patrick was absolutely great as it was a big project (22 windows) made complex by partial external wall insulation and an incomplete build at the time of survey. There was so much that could have gone wrong but his attention to detail without doubt helped to make the installation trouble free. Installation team were also great and coordinated well with my builders. Communication was very good throughout, both by phone, email and text. Most importantly, the look and quality of the end product is 10/10.

Contrast this with the other three windows supplied by a reputable local company who said one thing and did another, failed to measure properly, tried to charge me for their mistakes and caused excessive delay, not to mention force me to expend large amounts of time dealing with problems of their making. I must admit, I expected it to be the other way around as I expected Anglian, a big national company to care less once the deal had been sealed. From my experience this was not the case so I have to give credit where it is due because it is thoroughly deserved.

Very happy with our new front door and French doors. Everything went as to schedule thanks to Christina Malone and Jordan Lewis. The installation went smoothly thanks to installers Ben and Bill and Manager Mark Davenport. ☺️

Had new soffits, fascias and guttering fitted in SE9. Whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free. The guy from Anglian who carried out the work (sorry, I didn't get his name!) did a fabulous job and I am really happy with the result. There was very limited space to work in but he did really well and also made a brilliant job of clearing up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I registered my interest online for a replacement window. What followed was a week of constant phone calls and badgering. Even after booking in a home appointment, I still received phone calls from Anglian chasing an appointment.

After speaking with an agent on Friday, we booked in an appointment for Monday. I then received phone calls, voicemails and text messages on Saturday evening, asking if I was free on Sunday instead.

Following this, I have since cancelled the appointment on Monday and will look to an alternative supplier.

This type of contact is verging on harassment and has created an overwhelming sense of pressure, which I will not tolerate.

If this is how they behave when pricing, I dread to think how they’ll act after quoting a job or if there were issues with the products / install.

I would highly recommend avoiding giving any of your personal details to Anglian, as since registering interest, I have also seen a large increase in spam calls and emails.

I visited the Anglian website to try to get an idea of what a new front door would cost, with the intention of getting the work done at some point in the future. Someone from the company called me to book in a visit to my house to give a quote, but I explained I wasn’t ready to do the work just yet and I was just wanting a general idea of price rather than a specific quote at this stage. When I explained this he basically laughed at me and asked why I’d contacted them if I wasn’t planning on having the work done next week. Absolutely terrible experience and I will absolutely not be going to them when I’m ready to get the work done.

Last used your products 30 years and 4 properties ago, was impressed you still had my installation on record. Had 2 sets of sliding patio doors and a small window installed by a first class,friendly fitter,Lee Bristow.We are pleased that your product is still the best,at a great price too.
