The installers Jay & Steve did a great job, finished the work a day early, and left everything clean and tidy. Irina called to make sure everything was satisfactory and we were happy to make the payment.

From start to finish we were kept informed of progress. Particular praise goes to the installation team, who were outstanding!

We recently had an issue with the lock gear box of a porch door 8 years after it was installed. Anglian sent an engineer within a week. Tomasz was very professional and efficient. He not only replaced the gear box, but also fixed some minor niggles. The door is now as good as new. Thank you!

Like many others, it seems, my journey with Anglian didn't get very far due to their sales process and their pricing.
When I engaged with them I was very clear I was looking for an indicative quote, ballpark only. This was followed up very quickly, and I got an appointment to talk to a salesperson the next day. When the salesperson arrived, he was perfectly fine - no issues with him whatsoever. But I was again very clear that I was looking for an indicative price only to replace the windows in my property so I was a little dismayed that what I had been told would be around a 60 minute visit ended up stretching out to over two hours.
As with lots of others on here, I was subjected to flim-flam and bunco booth sales tactics, including endless discounts if I made my mind up within ten seconds and agreed to carry a sandwich board advertising Anglian around for six months (no, not really, but not that far off). The final insult to my intelligence was the call to a colleague to confirm that they could offer me a further discount. There was no out-and-out aggressive pressuring, but I can see that these tactics may have made some people uncomfortable.
The final price I was quoted was not far off half of what they had originally quoted, and I still believe it was excessive for what they were asked to do. Since then, I have had several contacts from Anglian, not excessive, to be fair, but I have been very clear with them that I don't want any further contact and that I won't be placing any business with them.
To that end, please don't add your usual anodyne comment to the review. I don't want to reach out to you to discuss it. I think you just need to take the feedback on the chin and improve your sales process so that you're not insulting people's intelligence, and listen to your potential customers to give them what they have asked for, not what you want to force upon them.
[UPDATE] Great to see that Anglian took the time to read my review - especially the bit about having no interest in discussing it further.
For the avoidance of doubt, I have copied the relevant section here - to add to the feedback I already provided on a phone call with you:
'...you just need to take the feedback on the chin and improve your sales process so that you're not insulting people's intelligence, and listen to your potential customers to give them what they have asked for, not what you want to force upon them.'

Avoid Anglian Windows – £20,000+ conservatory with zero customer service aftercare.
We paid over £20,000 for a large Anglian conservatory fitted in August 2025. Just seven months later, in March 2026, the internal ridge cap fell off. This caused collected water to leak straight into our room.
An Anglian installer came out, agreed it was a product fault that lay with them, and took the broken piece away. Since then, we have experienced six months of shocking service and failed appointments:
June Visit: Installers arrived empty-handed. They wrongly assumed we had the replacement part, then said it was at the depot.
Second Visit: Installers arrived only to "assess" the job, not knowing we were expecting a repair as promised.
Third Visit: Installers arrived without the part again. They then claimed even if they had the part, they could not do the work because it requires two people.
Every time we phone, we are promised a call back that never happens. We emailed a formal complaint to the customer care centre, who replied one month ago saying they were looking into it.
Today we have received a text to say the part is now being ordered: " ordered the part myself, not ordered before and it shouldnt be my job but every day is a school day".
We feel our concerns have not been taken seriously and this last text adds insult to our patience.
We have now been waiting six months for a basic repair on a brand-new, expensive installation.
The product on instalment less than a year ago was a quality product, and the service before paying Anglian was good.
We are incredibly unhappy and strongly advise others not to use Anglian Windows.

Great service when deciding which product to go with, followed by an excellent installation and quality final product.

We had a sealant repair to our main front door today by Service Engineer Marcus Ramsay.
Very pleasant engineer who replaced the sealant to the draught excluder area. He completed a total service to our door tightening hinges, locks with adjustment to door fitting and performance and security.
A great service, preserving and increasing the efficiency of our door for years to come.
Many thanks to Marcus and Anglian.

Just want to thank the installers Andy and Kyle for the excellent work carried out on the installation of my patio door. Also would like to thank Natalie for all the help with organizing the installation of the patio door.

Very disappointing experience. The company sent an employee to our home to provide a quotation, but we never actually received one.
Instead, we have continued to receive emails asking whether we are happy with the quotation and repeatedly chasing us for a response. It seems there is a complete lack of communication between the people dealing with the enquiry.
We have tried to make sense of the situation, but it is frustrating to keep receiving follow-up emails about a quotation that was never sent to us in the first place. The whole experience has been confusing and unprofessional.
I would expect better communication and organisation from a company, especially after sending someone to our home. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

The installers were efficient friendly and helpful. The After Sales service once you had my payment was appalling. The wrong doorstep was supplied and no spyhole. After a week no-one had contacted me to advise when this would be corrected. After me making a number of calls and listening repeatedly to the 6 Options and help from Kate (Birmingham) I was told to expect a call from the Service Manager there. No call was received that afternoon nor the next day up to noon. It was only my calling once again to Birmingham (Natalie) that resulted in the outstanding issues being resolved. Where was the Customer Service so much trumpeted about - non-existent! It should not have been necessary for me to chase the matter up. It was the result of someones incompetence in the first place. The Anglian Company should have prioritised correcting their error and contacted me within 48 hours as a minimum. Your customers are your lifeline and should be your priority. I will find it hard to recommend your company to family and friends.

Had a door call from Anglian the representative was Ashley very pleasant asking if we were interested in a quote for any of there products as it happened my wife Eve and I were considering a new door and arrangement was made and within the hour we heard from the sales team.
Owen their salesman turned up at agreed time we discussed the various doors they supplied and Owen went to great lengths to explain the product covering all aspects that was of a concern to us we agreed on a door and we signed accordingly after 2days passed we were still not completely satisfied on our choice so Owen returned to discuss our concerns we amended the sale and purchased a garage door as well this young salesman is a credit to his company he has the product knowledge customer focused nothing was too much trouble

The installers were professional and considerate and tried to limit mess and damage. There was one large piece of pebble dash that needed to be replaced. Phoned Anglian today and spoke to considerate operative as I heard nothing. She phoned straight back and will arrange date for repair. All sorted.

NOT WORTH A SINGLE STAR. Appointment was made for 10th of August, 8th of August they called to reschedule to 11th of August. On 11th of August we called them to confirm the appointment - they did! Then nobody showed up. The regional "manager" called with a so called apology as their sales desk were unable to "help". Out of goodwill we arranged an appointment for today when once again NOBODY SHOWED UP!!! NOT WORTH ANYONE'S TIME TO EVER DEA WITH THIS COMPANY EVER IN THEIR LIFETIME.....just a waste of time and disrespect to your time.
SERVICE rated ZERO
QUALITY rated zero
PRODUCT must be below any rating as they don't even dare to show what they have as a quality.
TO FOLLOW UP: Then they reply back on trust pilot that they will be in touch and THEY DO NOT - just a joke of a company. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Disappointing. Supposedly a top rated company in their field but I have no idea how as they obviously don’t have a clue what they’re doing. 3 calls to book an appointment, going over the same information each time. It makes me wonder where the information you pass is being stored and why one call from one team doesn’t have a clue about the last one. Then the day of the appointment I received a call 10 minutes AFTER the appointment time to say they had an ‘issue’ and reps didn’t know where their appointments were for the day; despite having rung me 2 days prior to agree and confirm the appointment for the 3rd time! I struggle to believe that any courtesy call could not have been made sooner. The area manager, Richard Parr, was rude and dismissive and honestly sounded like he had just woken up and could not care less. A complete waste of my time from the calls to waiting for someone to turn up on the day. A poor display of business and customer service. I would recommend you take your money elsewhere.

New front door is solid, secure and of very good build quality. The door was fitted by Dean Fisher, on one of the hottest day of the year. Dean was professional and diligent in fitting the door perfectly. I also have to mention Liz Smith, her customer service is courteous, polite and very helpful. I would recommend Anglian Windows.

We have had a very poor experience with Anglian after spending more than £30,000 on windows and doors installed in February 2026.
There have been numerous problems from the beginning. The 6-metre bifold doors were supplied with broken trickle vents, and there are not enough vents for such a large door. A feature window was also installed without a vent, even though one was specified in the schedule of works.
More seriously, the bifold doors do not appear safe or functional. When we try to open or close one panel, the entire door system vibrates heavily. When all the panels are opened, they lean outwards and appear at risk of falling. Because of this, we have stopped using the doors.
We have reported these problems to Anglian numerous times, but they remain unresolved. There are also several issues with the windows. The salesperson promised that toughened glass would be installed, but the windows do not appear to have toughened glass. In addition, some decorative panels on the front door have already started falling off.
We chose Anglian because of its well-known brand and the trust associated with it. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances that the problems would be resolved, effective action has still not been taken. After spending more than £30,000, we are extremely disappointed with the product quality, installation and after-sales service.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Anglian unless it takes immediate action to inspect the installation properly and resolve all the outstanding defects and safety concerns.

I cannot praise Paul and Ollie enough. Their workmanship was amazing, they were extremely polite and thoughtful throughout the 2 days they were with us, keeping everything safe and cleaning up after them.
They demonstrated everything and we were called to let us know their arrival time.
From the first contact including the salesman, product sizing appointment to installation it has been a first class service. The product is very high quality and fitting excellent.
Would definitely recommend Safestyle and your fitting service to anyone and everyone.
A pleasure doing business with you.
Paul, Ollie and Irina Pick all provided excellent customer service.

Chose the windows that we wanted and agreed the price that I was prepared to pay. Surveyor's visit was o k, scaffolding went up, the job was done very well with dust sheets everywhere, scaffolding down all neat and tidy.
Couldn't fault the workers or the workmanship.
