On the day of installation in August a pair of installers turned up. Very pleased with them and were with me for two and a half hours. Pleased with their work and materials supplied.

In April. Wish I had been better informed when installation could be.

We had two upstairs widows and a £1700 composite door they rushed the job and finished in the dark ( we are in our mid eighties so we could not check what they had done . When we did check there were a lot of work not completed under the windows were left open to the elements. The door would not close properly and under the door was left open to the elements. I tried lots of phone calls and email to head office with no response. I have got a builder to fill in all the holes and the door had a faulty top hinge. STAY WELL CLEAR

Engineer came to fix an issue with the door. He was polite and helpful and kept in contact during the day to ensure I wasn't waiting in all day for him to come. He stuck to agreed time perfect and checked I was happy with everything before he left. His name was Marcus Ramsay.

The process from start to finish was well managed and the fitters amenable and efficient. Including dealing with a wasps nest which complicated matters. Finished result looks very good.

No hard sell, just information and a price with no sudden drop in price but only for 24 hours! Comparable to other quotes I received. Able to choose a date to suit me. Efficient installation of a quality product.
Slight problem with a couple of handles. Reported on Tuesday, was given a couple of appointments to choose from later that same day. All sorted on Friday. Great customer service. Thank you.

The text I received told me to be in from 8 until 5 but the engineer said he was given a firm time. So I didn’t need to stay in all morning. The engineer “Robbie” was great. He explained to me what would need to be done (repair a back step attached to the door frame and the bush strip on one of my patio doors. ) When I enquired why the bush strip had come out I was informed that it had not been glued in when fitting. As I have several patio doors I must now look forward to that occurring several times! I saw that Robbie was also adding more screws to the back door frame. When questioned about this I was informed that sometimes the crew rely on the silicone and some screws. To me this means that my back door was partly secured into the wall by silicone! Surely if there are screw holes they need to be used for security purposes. I cannot fault the workman or the system whereby I sent photos of the problems and was given a date. However I do question whether the original fitters did a suitable job, and then the faults appeared.

James Longmore, was such a pleasant man and very strong good worker. My husband and I found him very jolly with a very friendly understanding person, a great. Pleasure to meet. Very pleased with his workmanship and quality of the service with a great product

The whole process of renewing an old back door could not have been more professional, after a phone call an estimator called to carry out a survey, then a wait for a few weeks to arrange installation.
Kevin the fitter arrived, he was also very professional, and answered any questions, and was friendly and chatty.
He then removed the old door, and very expertly fitted the new door, he made an excellent job of it too, and even insisted he cleared up his mess.
I would highly recommend Anglian to anyone, their prices were very competitive, with the assurance of a professional company.

After hiccups regarding when windows would be changed, the two guys came out in the hottest day of the year and a superb job. Thank you.

The window fitting has been faultless from start to finish. The installation team Andy and Shaun were courteous and professional. The follow up by Katy Yeates was reassuring with the knowledge that the guarantee was being processed. Excellent all round

Having just completed an extensive and prolonged period of waiting to have a replacement glazed unit fitted to my new window by ‘Anglian Home Improvements’, I would suggest any potential customer looks hard at their record and reviews, before signing up with them.

I ordered what should have been a simple installation of a single large window in a new opening in my home, but it took seven attempts over eight weeks to finally get one decent glazed unit fitted that wasn’t damaged in some way after seven failed attempts. This was always due to poor workmanship at the manufacturing stage, although one unit was damaged in transit. But a small scratch was found the next morning on the glass when the sun was shining directly onto the window, but the company quoted to me;

“the quality of the glass were reviewed at the time against the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) visual quality guidelines”.

But no-one actually visited my home to inspect the unit after I reported it to them.! How interesting!
They have now closed my case!

It has been an immensely stressful time and their customer service department although polite, only want to apologise on paper, paragraph after paragraph and not properly put the matter right for the customer. I am at a loss why this would be, as it’s their reputation that is on the line and I have always been the innocent party. Clearly, I would never use them again!

Aftersales after a defect and incorrect items fitted was reported a few days after the builders left 0 stars
A week to send me an email saying they would look into it, over a week after that email still no response.
Another issue is they said they make everything themselves. The door has a sticker on saying made by another company and not them.
The fact i spent so much money with them you would expect a response quicker than this. Not impressed

The gentleman who initially called was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable which gave me confidence to proceed. The installation was excellent, professional and I was guided how best to look after my new door. The only blip was when I was phoned to arrange a date for installation I asked if they would fit a doorbell I had purchased, I was told that it was something you didn't do which is fair enough but the tone of the reply left a lot to be desired.

The whole experience from start until finish

Ben Thorndicraft (SE area) came this morning to remove brick dust from my door frame which materialised after installation. What a really lovely man. This is the second time he has been to try and resolve this issue. Sadly, it still isn’t right but this is not down to Ben who has put so much effort into trying to remove this from the frame. He is a real credit to your company. I’d just like the frame to match now please 😊
