I ordered a leaf blower ..at 4pm Wednesday.. it was delivered Thursday morning.. they are an authorised supplier of Dewalt tools .. price was very good .. cheaper than all the other .. I will use again and recommend too

Anglia Tool Centre were very responsive and one of the only suppliers to have the item I needed in stock immediately. Having ordered on the Friday, I was very pleased to receive the item on Monday. Unfortunately the first item was damaged in transit but the team were incredibly responsive and quickly arranged a replacement within two days. I certainly intend to purchase from ATC again.

Excellent service, next day delivery, great price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, I dont normally write reviews but I feel this warrants my time, ordered late after noon arrived the next day, well packaged and bang on time - rule of thumb people normally only leave a review when it's bad but not when it's a positive so I'm here to change that, i couldn't fault the service provided.

Sending out damaged goods, very expensive damaged goods! No refunds, no returning of emails, terrible attitude. Disgusting company won't be using ever again!

Ive never felt the need to write a complaint like this before but I can honestly say I would not buy from this company id much rather pay extra elsewhere... I purchased an expensive tool that wasn’t doing a job a cheaper tool could do... the customer service was shocking I got messed about, misled and even advised to buy more attachments to make it work that proved to be another waste of money. I ended up being charged a handling fee to return a product that wasn’t fit for purpose. Wasted about 2 months trying to get the problem resolved

Probably OK until you get an issue. I had my goods delivered damaged. Unfortunately, it took a painful series of emails and phone calls over several weeks to resolve a simple issue. We got there in the end, but not before they permanently put me off ever using them again.

Poor service of which has left me feeling disheartened in 2 weeks ive ordered the same thing 3 times. This company is hard work to order from.

Payments constantly pending and not going through getting passed from company to bank with no one knows wots going on which has left me waiting 5 days to receive my money back £800 of £1200 received. If your short on cash dont put urself through the stress

Ordered a circular saw yesterday and it arrived today- 17 hours later! Absolutely stunning service and at the best price I could find anywhere.
Fantastic company, will be using them again in the future.

Some of the reviews seem a little harsh. I purchased a Bosch Circular Saw, received a confirmation email, and then received the Saw within two working days (as I placed my order after 5.30pm). The price of the Saw was very competitive. Included in the purchase was a free Freud blade, which as advertised, arrived with the Saw. I am yet to use the Saw, but my first purchase from Anglia Tool Centre went smoothly.

Ordered online (easy and excellent price) but didn’t get confirmation email. Phoned them next day and customer service person was excellent -my mistake, put two dots in my email address!
Product delivered quickly by dpd with excellent communication from the company.
All in all excellent service and price. Will definitely use them again.

I called to ask help with a purchase I wanted to make and not only they have shown the least possible willingness to find a solution, I was interrupted in every sentence I was trying to say just to be insulted in the end and their manager hanged up the call on my face. That's the way to go anglia tools. Thumbs up.

I ordered a premium brand powertool from Anglia Tool Center since I could not find the one I wanted in stock on more well known websites. When it arrived I found it had a minor fault. I was concerned because I had taken a risk using a site that I had not heard of but when I called they answered right away and with no fuss said they would send someone the following day to do an exchange which they did on time.

I am very pleased and I will be buying from them again.

Anglia tools Colchester is literally the best tool shop on every level! Some of their lines are the cheapest, but yeah, some of their lines aren't as cheap as you can get from online only stores! But the service you get, and being able to go in there, look at what you are buying, with TRUSTED Good advice, it's worth paying more than they charge for! They also don't sell rubbish, or products that aren't as good as made out to be, and all brands, dewalt, festool all have products that don't match their usual standards! So for good service, good advice, go to Colchester anglia tools!

Was a bit put off by all the negative reviews but tried it anyway. Bought a makita jigsaw. Delivered 4 working days later. No problems. 5* especially with the ongoing covid19 crisis.

I used this company for the first time recently, and personally received an amazing service from them and can't fault them in any way, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any one.

Ignorant staff, poor experience. Won’t be buying any more tools from them.

Ordered a spirit level via their click and collect, pay on collection service. Ordering was simple and straightforward and received an e-mail from my local store to say it was in stock and ready for collection yesterday.
Imagine my mood, after battling through Friday afternoon Christmas shopping traffic to find the branch closed for, wait for it, stock taking!
You couldn't make it up.
I checked and double checked their website for any small indication that the branch was due to be closed in the afternoon, but found none. It would have been just a little useful to know this when I was contacted to tell me the item was ready for collection, but no.
To add insult to injury I tried phoning them from their car park and the phone was off the hook!
Have now ordered from another, tried and tested company and have paid less for a better known brand. ATC have lost my business and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere to buy.
