SPRINGFLEX promo code didn’t work at checkout so wrote in the comments and expected to receive the extra 50% with the order. Very disappointed when I didn’t receive the promotion after spending £140
On my first order. I have emailed both Info & Sales email addresses but received no response. Not a great first experience
17/04 - Received an email response from Animalife yesterday explaining that they would mail out the promo offer product, fabulous news!! Also received a call from them this morning with an apology at their slow response to my original query emails. Very professional, personal service and follow up to my concerns.
