Pleasant knowledgeable staff, nice , clean and roomy waiting area

Friendly and polite staff . Vet explained everything regarding my dogs up and coming op and what to expect afterwards. First time going there and was a bit unsure what to expect. Vet was very good and patient with my boy who is not a fan of vets . Based on this experience it has to be 5 stars. Cost was also explained to me .

Took my dog to Animal Trust Blackburn. They were great with her. Explained everything and rang me later with test results.

We visit the Teesside branch. from online booking with a choice of staff, to the visit itself, just lovely, the practice is clean and welcoming. the staff are friendly and chatted away to my dogs in reception, when I went in to see the vet, he got straight on the floor and chatted tot the dog as well as us, good examination and then also interacted with out other dog giving a good old ear scratch which was enjoyed immensely. Just caring staff that do an amazing job, prices are soooooo reasonable too. just an overall lovely experience especially when visits are filled with apprehension and the not knowing what the outcome will be. It was incredibly refreshing to visit a highly professional and dedicated veterinary practice where pets and their owners are the priority (not fee income). The service and professionalism was outstanding. I can't recommend enough the Teesside practice.

I have changed vets 3 times now for my dog but this vets is honestly the best the vet didn’t rush me at all had compassion for my beloved dog zues set a plan in motion for his care the waiting room very clean and smell lovely

OH MY GOD WHAT A FANTASTIC VET FROM THE RECEPTIONIST HELPING ME WITH THE ONLINE FORM THEY ARE AMAZING AND YOU CAN TELL THAT THESE VETS ADORE ANIMALS AND ITS NOT JUST MONEY THERE AFTER THEY WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY COMPASSIONATE THEY LISTENED AND THERE WAS NO RUSH AND THEY HELPED ME OUT WITH MY DOG AS HE HAD AN ACCIDENT AND WAS BURNT BY BOILING WATER I WILL ALWAYS USE THESE VETS THE VETS ITSELF IS SPOTLESS VERY SPACIOUS AND DOESNT EVEN SMELL LIKE A VETS AND ITS THE CHEAPEST AND BEST VETS IVE EVER BEEN TO IM 57 ,AND EVEN WHEN I WAS YOUNGER WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD DOGS SO "CONGRATULATIONS TO ANIMALS TRUST CIC IN BERRYFORD ROAD L14 YOUR ARE EXCELLENT AT WHAT YOU ALL DO XXX

Visited the new Warrington site that’s opened this week - we’ve been patrons of Animal Trust at other locations. Site is in a great location - great parking and staff are super friendly from reception, to vet and site manager. We visited for a chemical castration top up for our dog which was done on the day - vet was knowledgable and friendly and our records from other locations were readily available for him to review. Absolutely recommend Animal Trust

Excellent all round. Reception and lafy vet was lovely and helpful. I came out knowing my pet had been in very safe hands.

Wouldn't take our pet anywhere else. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And the standard of care is second to none.

my cockapoo took ill on Friday evening and on Sunday night i had a emergency appointment at this vets the building was fantastic and spotless we were seen promptly after booking in with the receptionist who was very friendly the vet was so lovely and soon sorted us out Ruby I would highly recommend this practice for there kindness and friendliness also the cost was very reasonable i would like to say a great big thank you susan wood xx
