Despite the postal strike, my order was delivered promptly on due date. My coat was beautifully wrapped & packaged to ensure it arrived in excellent condition. I love my coat and the price I paid for it. I highly recommend Anna Davies & so pleased my search engine found this online shopping experience.

Dear Anna and staff,
In May-June this year my wife and I spent 3 weeks holidaying in Wales by car and caravan. We camped for several days at Bodnant Gardens and spent sometime in the High St of Betwys--y-Coed shopping. We bought 2 of the glassware ( pictured on our Australian dining table) for our daily G&T at our campsite.
We enjoyed using them so much that we returned twice more to your shop, once to buy 2 more for home in Australia, and again when we decided they would make great gifts for 2 dear neighbours.
By the 3rd visit your fabulous staff recognised us laughing at our frequent returns, and happily carefully wrapped the 4 glasses we had to carry home in our luggage.
So a belated thankyou to your great staff, please pass our thanks on to them. We travelled a further 5 weeks in England and Scotland before returning home, and have just done another 6 weeks around Victoria and New South Wales here.
The 4 glasses destined for Australia arrived safely with our hand luggage, and our neighbours love them too. We look forward to returning next year to make use of the 2 glasses left in our van in Scotland!

We were visiting from the US in the middle of July and saw some beautiful hand-woven wool rugs that we wanted to bring home with us. Alas, no room in the luggage. I contacted the shop when we returned home and thanks to Ella, I had 8 beautiful rugs delivered to my home within a few weeks. Thank you so much! We know our family members will love these rugs. Visited shop and daughter picked up some crystals to purchase. Continued to browse shop for other items when I noticed an ignorant staff member following her and gesticulating to other staff to watch her. We made our way to till where this person stood to side literally peering over to check what we paid for. Utterly disgusting behaviour, for sake of my daughter I didn’t tell staff what I thought of them. Will never visit the place again, as don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal. Anyone else wishing to frequent them typical overpriced gift shop.
