My Grandmother knew Anna Davies. I visited the Shop Yesterday & bought some Welsh treats. Always nice to visit Betws y Coed.

Extremely prompt service and a great price. Parcel arrived way before expected, beautifully packaged and also containing all relevant information, returns slip etc.
I cannot recommend enough, if only all online retailers worked to these standards.

Great selection of products but the staff need to go on a training course. Living close to betws y coed, myself and my partner frequent here Often. Everytime we come to this store we are followed around by the staff watching our every move like we are criminals. It is very distasteful and makes us not want to return to the store (I should add we normally spend alot of money in store) please have a word with your staff ad it is very off putting.

Found this retailer after searching online for blouse, as all other stockists were out of stock, bit dubious as never heard of seller before, but it came quickly, wrapped lovely and overall I'm very pleased. Would buy from there again.

Was incredibly impressed. Having placed my order for a jacobs sheepskin rug I emailed with the order number asking for them to choose me one that was a higher proportion brown to cream as my preference. I got a very quick reply including a picture of the rug they intended to send me but also offering to send pictures of others if not to my taste.
Having confirmed I liked the chosen rug it arrived within 2 days! Despite storms and it being a weekend (I paid for standard delivery)
The rug itself is absolutely gorgeous and I am drawn to sit on it / and stroke it whenever I go in the room!
I highly recommend going to Anna Davies.
