I suffered Bell’s palsy over 20 years ago. I visited various doctors over those years to try and correct the right hand side of my face, especially my right eye which always appeared smaller than the other. Nothing worked. Then my daughter found an article whereby Anna Kremerov had helped a lady with a similar problem. The results were amazing . After having one visit to Anna Medical Aesthetics my eye looked completely normal! She administered Botox to just above my eye and the results were fantastic! No one knows how someone feels over their appearance and I can not thank her enough for the treatment I received has made an enormous difference to my life.

I always love coming to Anna medical Aesthetics. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. I know I am in the safest of professional hands, no question is too silly and Anna affords me generous time in explaining treatment options. Honest advice is always given, and when Anna thinks I don't need a certain treatment, she tells me. I am always thrilled with the results and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my beauty treatment and tweaks.

Anna is brilliant at her job . She always very professional and caring . I have been seeing Anna for over a year now for Botox treatments, I am very pleased with the results, it’s always like magic the lines disappear, amazing ! Procedure is always pain free. Would definitely recommend Anna if you are looking for a anti ageing treatment that works .

Anna talks you through every aspect of the treatment and options and makes you feel very comfortable. I am really impressed with the results. it looks so natural

Anna is a true artist! She is extremely skilled at what she does and will treat you as a whole individual and take time to not only evaluate the treatment area, but how it effects your whole face. So many other doctors will rush you through, but not Anna, she wants to get it right and have you loving your outcome! I needed some correction in a previous treatment ( done somewhere else) that was very visible and bothersome, but she did more than that, and I love all of Anna’s suggestions. The outcome is more than I'd had hoped for, I'm beyond thrilled!! The other thing I like is that all treatments I’ve had so far are with precision of a skilled artist and results are beyond my expectations !! I have a total confidence in her ability and my outcome. After going to other places for the same treatment in the past, I now trust only Anna. She is a rare Gem

Anna medical aesthetics! What can I say. What an amazing clinic this is, from the moment you step through the door and are welcomed you know that this is a top notch place. From the wonderful staff and to Anna herself. She is an incredibly talented young woman who really knows her stuff. I can’t recommend her, the staff and the clinic enough. Incredibly professional and you know you’re in safe and brilliant hands. There is no hard sell or being told you need something done when you don’t. Anna gives you all the info and advice you need to make your own mind up to what procedure you require and want. What I love about Anna is she is all about making your skin the best it can be and promotes the best ways to achieve this. If you have any worries about your skin then this is the only place you want to go. I’m not going to give Anna and her team Five stars because to be honest it’s not enough. She gets 10 stars ⭐️ plus!

Anna, Erika and the whole team are a delight. I have visited many times now and it’s like being greeted by friends. I recently had Botox and a hydra facial, the results are so beautiful and natural.

I can’t believe I have only just discovered hydra facial it’s such a beautiful addition to my skin care routine..

My Botox is exact what I wanted, I can still move my eyebrows and make expressions unlike a previous treatment elsewhere.

I have been a client of Anna’s for 9 months and my skin has never been better. The results of treatments are so natural looking but give the desired look of younger firmer skin.
The advice Anna has given me is always very honest and I feel so confident in the advice she gives across all of the products and treatments she offers.

I’ve visited Anna regularly over the last few years and have always found Anna and her team so helpful and professional. Anna is always happy to answer any questions and give advice. Her practice is always clean and tidy. Anna is a very talented, skilled practitioner.

2 yrs on I still have lumps and swelling..

I was so excited when I found Anna. Done an awful lot of research found the practice was local and had good reviews .
My first meeting Anna asked me what I did not like about my face, I said I quite liked my face, but said I would like the jowl area tweaked, I am of an age where I was not expecting miracles.
Anna suggested you had to work from the top down and offered the Ellanese treatment.
I was drawn in and excited, I gave some good feedback to Anna at the time, I felt comfortable and trusted the situation. A bit premature on my part, on reflection, I don’t think Ellanese treatment was not for me as it did not cover the area I asked for, which was quite traumatic.
My first issue was bruising,and swelling under my left eye, Anna could not see it, to this day I still have swelling There were other lumps, which Anna tried to massage, but i still have them, my lips are very uneven
Anna told me I was looking too close at my face, don’t we all look close.
, I sent photos to Anna of the issues and I had no response other than they were happy with the work.
I was offered £200.00 as a goodwill gesture , I refused it as I was offended by it.
Time passed……..
I was very frustrated and not happy, so Anna said as a goodwill gesture she said she would give me some treatment.
My last two appointments were quite fraught, Anna was not the person I first met, she was quite angry with
me. My feeling was she did not want to do the work.
I was walking on eggshells
On the last appointment there was a clash of personalities , and we both agreed the work could not go ahead that day, Anna said we could do it at a later date.
Anna then wrote a letter telling me she did not want treat me anymore.
I’m left with issue I went to Anna with, her answer was the treatment did not cover all areas.
This treatment cost me £2.995.00
I am the type of person who will say if I’m not happy.
.Never once did I get angry, just very frustrated
because the money was life savings for me, my fault for being so silly.
My family and friends can all see my issues and are all very upset.
I know Anna works to a very high standard but never the less I am left with swellings and lumps which I’m very aware of.
I wanted more than anything to be happy with my face, for Anna as well, but there are issues and I would be lying if I said I was happy.
Never once did I accuse Anna of editing the photos,but they did not show the swellings and lumps that show up on my photos. I would love to be able to put my photos up as proof.
I thought long and hard about doing this feedback, it’s not what I wanted, I wanted my face right.

Since putting the feedback on I received a call from Kelly asking me if I would like to come into the clinic.
I apprehensively said yes as it was always what I had wanted.
Kelly said Igor Anna’s husband, herself and maybe Anna would be present .
Waiting for the day made me extremely anxious.
Anna did not attend the meeting.
I felt outnumbered as I had felt on a number of occasions, me versus Anna’s clinic.
I asked if the meeting could be recorded, Igor said they
could not, he said Kelly could take notes down.
Igor handed me a disclaimer form and told me to read it out loud. I started to read it but I was shaking, he told me to try again but in the end I just said I couldn’t.
He then got Kelly to read it out loud.
I was in a bit of a daze by this time, overwhelmed.
I went over the issues I had.
Then Igor asked me what I thought of his face which I found quite embarrassing. To lighten the mood I said he had a nice face when he smiled.
Then he got his phone out and showed me a photo of his face, trying to show me everyone has groves in their face. At this stage I struggled not to laugh, it was so unprofessional.
I do feel, and would have liked Anna who is qualified to be at the meeting.
I thought Anna and I could be adult and talk through it.
The only positive thing that come out of the meeting is that when I was walking out Igor said he could see the swelling, which was the first time it had ever been noticed
After Igor noticed I had a swelling I thought Anna might address my issue, but there has been no response.
Since then I asked Igor for the notes that Kelly had taking down, he said there were none because the meetings was. WITHOUT PREJUDICE
The meeting was very intimidating and unprofessional
Once again I spoke my mind but was never rude.
I could swear on oath this is my truth.
I spent a lot of money at Anna’s clinic, I did not want to come away unhappy.
A couple of years on I still have lumps under my skin.
Why would I be putting myself through so much stress if I was happy. (Principal)
I’m so up against it , since putting my feedback on Anna has had a lot of exceptional, outstanding glowing feedback put up since.
But I have to stand by my truth. I’m learning to live with the issues . I don’t ever take a good photo since having the work done

I have recently received the newest Sofwave treatment from Anna Medical Aesthetics this is the for skin tightening and reduction of soft lines and waking up your own collagen.
I opted for a full face and neck treatment as wanted to receive the full benefits, plus indulge in some ‘me time’. The treatment session was about 45-60 mins duration and I considered to be a bearable but an uncomfortable treatment, which is soon forgotten.
The treatment itself is modified for your own specific levels all of which will be discussed with Anna at your private consultation. I found some of the results to be immediate, with no downtime with just a little redness on my chin area but no soreness, and two weeks later the results are amazing skin tightened especially in the neck area. Would definitely recommend and have again next year. So very glad that Anna has invested in her clients with the latest anti-ageing treatment.
