Michael was completely understanding. Several weeks later we were good to go. Fraser & Calum carried out the viewings. I was kept up to date with progress. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We first used Annan several years ago when we wanted to rent out our flat. Annan were excellent not only in finding tenants but they were tenants you wanted to have. Our tenants only moved out because they were relocating. Annan also kept on top of all the legal requirements relating to property rental.
After years of good reliable service it made sense to ask Annan to sell our property when we wanted to sell. They were very professional. The entire process was smooth and concluded within four months.
