We went back to Annans earlier this year to sell our house and were delighted to find that their high standards of service were just as good as they had been during our previous experience with them. Calum and the Annan team are professional and know the market. They are easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Our house was sold within 2 weeks!

Recently sold our house through this estate agent and were very pleased with the service received , Fraser and Calum were helpful , friendly and available to answer any questions . They made what at times can be a stressful process , smooth and easy to navigate and felt supported throughout even when had to be out the country for a few weeks during the sale, thank you both.

Fast, responsive and very professional.

I have used Annan for selling my last couple of properties. I have found them to be excellent to deal with. They respond very quickly to any queries and because they are a small team, you don’t get passed about from one department to another. It is a minefield deciding which estate agent to use and I can honestly say that I would not go past these guys now. They know the market well and I have never had any issues with them, in comparison to having dealt with some of their competitors previously.
