I was looking for an app

I was looking for an app, to monitor my 4 year old daughter in a hotel. It was written, that i can use the 3 days for free. I took the chance and signed up for it. Today i wanted to cancel the using of the app, so that i don't have to pay € 54 for a one year use. I had to find out, that i accidentally signed up for 1 year and 3 days free. Maybe they wrote everything legally in the right way, but the presentation was so confusing, that i have to pay now this amount of money. It is very sad, because the app works very well. I do not understand, why companies with a good product, have to treat there costumers in this way. It's a shame!!!
