I am happy now. I bought an eight camera dvr system and it was faulty after 8 months. They told me they would send me a hard drive to repair myself lol. After fighting with customer service for two weeks they understood that I’m not IT and don’t have time and sent a new unit! I told them if they did id write this five star review! So far so good been one week though.. tbc

This was my first time setting up an Annke camera, and naturally, I ran into a few problems. Support helped me via email and remote connection via TeamViewer.
Now my experience of using it begins, the premises are good

Very happy with my ANNKE doorbell. Had a few issues at first with setting it up. ANNKE support were great. Got the technical support team on it right away. I managed to sort it myself but I was very happy with the quick response.

Absolutely the worst cctv systems i have installed the time slips on all of them i have to regulary re adjust the times manually at each install then theres the app that looses adresses so you have to re add it then delete it once it finds it reboot the dvr then re add that problem is on every install. Ive tried to contact annke and they ignore you then later will send a email pretending you missed their reply. Honestly i wouldnt even give them 1 star on anything

So let me start this by saying I an not the person you go to for ANYTHING that is involved with technology, I admit it is NOT my thing. It took me several tries to get things correct. The wonderful "Echo" (my support victim, umm person) did a GREAT job and was so very patient with me as I struggled thru resetting my cameras. To be honest it took from Nov 8 thru 23rd for me to get this done because of my work and weekends. This system is several years old (2021) and I love it!
I Love how they did not treat me like the tech illiterate I am. They deserve awards for this one, they had to send me new codes several times. BUT we prevailed and everything is working as it should (unless I screw something else up).
Annke was wonderful to work with and the product is great.

I bought a DVR and 6 cameras from Annke. Got everything setup and was very pleased till the first rain. I had one bad camera (got water in it). I messaged Annke customer service and they replaced it immediately.

Good support, a little difficult to wait up to 2 days for a response between emails. The support was helpful and actually got my 16 channel cameras up after about 10 days of emailing support

Had a problem setting up nvr and cameras got sorted over email took a couple of days because of the time difference but it was sorted Sent some photos and the problem was seen so settings were sent over to fix the issue all good now
