Security cameras and NVR package

The security cameras and NVR work perfectly with its added features such alarm and zoning settings working extremely well and user friendly. Further, Annke online follow up support was equally very good in relation to helping me understand how the camera system worked.

Expects me to pay for their misstake

I had a story with Annke a month or so back. Ordered two cameras of different models, got two of the cheapest, and then several weeks of nonresponsiveness, thme saying that they were going to send the camera and didn't (see earlier review)

After I wrote a review they fixed it in short order.
However, now they have the audacity to send me the transport bill for the return shipping of the camera they sent to me by misstake.

They expect me to pay for their misstake. Utterly unserious.

Again, strong, strong recommendation to not buy from Annke

Had an issue with the first unit and…

Had an issue with the first unit and couldn’t get it to connect. Support was great and helped troubleshoot, and when that didn’t fix it they sent a replacement.
The new camera worked right away and has been solid since. Good image quality and reliable once set up.
Rough start, but they made it right.
