She gave us step by step instructions.
1. Helped us connecting through video call.
2. Explained we have either Pattern password or Admin
password options
3. Helped downloading the software into the computer.
4. Helped in configuration setup using the software.

We needed a password reset on our CCTV System. We contacted CustomerServices who promptly replied. As directed we downloaded the SADPTool but could not get it to work. As a last resort we phoned there helpline who could not have been more helpful. They talked us through the process to resolve a SADPTool issue (ie moved the ethernet cable from Lan4 to 1) and reseting our password, staying with us until we had completed the process, about 40 minutes. Could not have been more helpful. 10 out of 10

Having a service like Annke chat was great, you deal with a real person not a bot that is genuinely there to help you sort out the problem you have. I dealt with Laura from the chat team and she was great she was professional courteous and explained every step of the way what she was doing and why she was doing it, it was also a relief to have her remote access my home group to be able to fix the problem I had with my Annke Camera System. Definitely a service that needs to remain active to help customers resolve their problems and assist them with there products that they purchase, absolutely ecstatic with the customer service I received its not everyday you receive service like I did from Annke and all I can say is thank you so very much all the help was muchley appreciated.
