I contacted ANNKE with a problem with one of my cameras and forgot my password and needed to reset my password Echo at ANNKE gave a quick reply and helped me to reset my password now my CCTV system is working perfectly again the company is really good with there customer care I highly recommend them.

They finally responded. Their solution was just keep rebooting the cameras! If you want remote control of the cameras away from the physical site basically do not buy these cameras because you’ll have to physically be with the cameras every 5 mins to reboot them. ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Awful! Stay well away! Customer service does not response on WhatsApp.
If you wish to play back any footage your actually store don’t even bother buying these cameras! You can never play back as the system just drops offline whenever you try and play back!
Trying to perform a simple playback is impossible and takes hours on end to try and gain a 10 second footage!!

Overall, most orders are shipped on time, and compared to one or two years ago, the delivery speed has clearly improved. This development is very positive.
However, the communication regarding unavailable ordered items is still very poor. In several cases, there has been no notification that certain items were unavailable. This lack of information creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan accordingly.
It would be very helpful if customers were informed promptly whenever an ordered item is unavailable. Improving communication in such situations would significantly enhance the overall service experience.

I contacted annke support team for help with my wireless NVR I received a response A lot sooner than I expected Considering the time difference The support team was Very polite they asked me a few questions And quickly supplied me with some troubleshooting ideas That were easy For me to follow and helped me to quickly resolve my issue. I thought that I needed to replace my equipment I decided to contact annke support and I'm happy that I did My equipment is now working as good as ever thanks to annke support team.

Title: Poor After-Sales Support and Warranty Handling – Very Disappointed
I ordered an NVR from the ANNKE Official Store on AliExpress (Order No. 3064971926462849). After receiving the unit, I identified a fault where the NVR did not function as it should.
I contacted ANNKE support directly and was advised to raise the issue through the AliExpress platform under warranty. I followed this instruction and contacted the ANNKE Official Store via AliExpress messaging service within the permitted return period.
Unfortunately, following a lack of response by Annke — potentially compounded by the Chinese New Year holiday — no action was taken before the return window expired. As a result, the return period closed without resolution, and I am now left with a defective product that does not perform as it should.
This is particularly disappointing as I have previously purchased several ANNKE cameras and had intended to continue buying from them. However, the after-sales support experience and failure to manage the warranty process properly have significantly undermined my confidence in the brand.
I would strongly recommend that prospective buyers consider how warranty claims are handled before purchasing.

Contacted Annke About an issue I was having, I asked 3 questions but only got answers to 1, not great, but the 1 answer I did receive was the main question that got me out of a pickle hence the 5 stars.

Ordered a Dvr and 2 bullet cameras on the 2nd of February and till today it didn’t got dispatched. Tried contacting customer support but it’s much easier to contact the aliens than annke customer support!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from annke!!

I bought an Annke NVR from the "ANNKE Official Store" on AliExpress, and it failed within 4 months. Even worse, the defective unit burned two of my brand-new Hard Drives (HDDs). It is a serious hardware hazard.
The seller's support was a joke. They first offered a mocking $5 refund, then promised a new replacement unit that they never sent. They are simply stalling to avoid responsibility.
I have all the chat logs and evidence of the damage. Avoid this store at all costs. They sell dangerous hardware and do not stand behind their promises.
