Very Poor Service – No Access
I created and paid for an ad on this website, but I never received any confirmation or link to manage my listing. The ad is online, but I have no way to edit or remove it. Customer service is unreachable – no answer by phone and no reply to emails.
When creating the ad, no identity or email verification was done, which already seemed surprising and unprofessional. I hesitated to confirm the payment because of this lack of verification, but everything else on the site looked fine, so I was convinced I would at least receive a confirmation email afterwards. I never did – and yet the ad is online and functional, as I still receive inquiries.
It is incomprehensible that a website can operate this way without any proper verification.
If this were a scam website, it would look exactly the same – you pay, your ad goes online, but you have no control and no support.
