The team were quite pushy, and while they offer a service for a commission and they have to be paid, of course, I found the attitude and direction overbearing.

Made the whole process very easy to deal with (and I am a novice!). Friendly, fast and easy - and lovely friendly advisers who answered every question - however basic!! Really glad I bothered! Nearly didn't and was going to accept the initial annuity quote that came through the post! Excellent service!

I found AnnuitySupermarket.com and Retirement Solutions when shopping on line for an Annuity provider for my brother who not only isn’t computer literate but had recently gone through some personal tragic circumstances as his wife of some 30 years had recently passed away.

Retirement Solutions, in the form of John Hall provided me with excellent information, was the only person who suggested that due to medical conditions he could be entitled to an enhanced annuity which in the climate at the time and more essentially now, made a substantial difference.

Added to this all mail was sent to me, clearly marked so that I was able to instruct my brother what he had to do and where to sign.

This company were outstanding and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them, I only wish I had known of them when I was purchasing my annuity.

I found this website when looking for annuity quotes for a relative of mine. After taking your details and asking you about your current state of health they managed to find a better deal. I had not heard of the annuity company which they found but who cares so long as they are paying a higher income?

Would recommend this company to anyone buying an annuity as often the big companies don't always pay the highest amount.

Having read in the press about long delays in the payment of tax - free lump sums, imagine my delight when mine was paid into my Bank account almost three weeks before the due date.
I obtained quotes from several sources and Annuitysupermarket's enhanced pension quote was the highest and payments on this also started early.
I was kept fully informed of progress throughout.
