I would thoroughly recommend AN Property Management Ltd after they successfully managed the process to find me a new tenant for my property. Having not had to go through this process for 9+ years it was a pleasure to do business with Nicky and her team. I never met Nicky at A N Property Management in person but saw her recommended many times in a Facebook post when i was looking around to sell my UK home while i was abroad.
An independant agent was preferable to me as i really didnt want to use any of the main high street agents for various reasons.
I was not disappointed in any way with any of the service received and highly recommend.
Nicky kept me up to date with all developments at all times, negotiated me a fantastic offer and went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly once my tenant had vacated.
It was such a straightforward, simple process, a process i was not looking forward to but i honestly needn't have had any concerns.

I really can't say enough good things about A&N property management, very professional. All members of the A&N team went above beyond to ensure our property was rented as quickly as possible , They have continued to delivery high standard whilst managing our property always there when needed.

I cannot possibly understand why people still use big companies and agencies to let and manage their properties.
When you use a professional independent like AN Property Management, they have a vested interest in not only finding you a tenant but finding the right one! As a small independent, they know their reputation is key and they have to perform! They also know that if they put a bad Tennant into your property, it's them who will be dealing with it!
Totally unlike the large companies who's many and continually changing staff members couldn't give a t**s as no matter what, they are still pocketing their wages!

Nicky at AN manages two of my properties and will continue to so as I expand. A great find!

I was going out of my mind with worry as to who to trust to do my laminated flooring . A friend introduce me to Arran , a down to earth , kind ,honest and very reliable man . Who would go that extra mile to make sure that you are 100% satisfied , with the work he has done for you . I didn't have anyone to help me buy my flooring , I told Arran what I wanted , he bought and fetched all the material by himself , even give me a discount . I had to go to work and left Arran to complete my flooring . I came home at minutes to 6pm . Arran was still working to finish . I am over the moon with my new laminated floor . I recommend his excellent workmanship any time you need work doing on your property . And that's not all ! he and his partner Nicky , will even help you sell it, if you so desire .
