Incompetent
My 93 year old mother has a water leak between the internal and external stopcock. The insurance company organised for Ansa to investigate. They arrived, after one week and after l had to chase them into action, their so call ‘engineers’ sat outside the property for half an hour drinking tea/coffee and eating, then they asked to look at the meter, they said there wasn’t a problem; told their supervisor they had been there for over half an hour and that the meter wasn’t going round with the internal stopcock closed. The supervisor phoned me and questioned my analysis over that of their experienced water ‘engineers’ who the left the property despite being presented with the evidence of a massive water bill (5 times the normal bill) for one person. I visited the property today and videoed the meter turning with the internal stopcock closed. Water is flowing at approximately 0.5litres a minute !
Ive just had a drain repair completed …
Ive just had a drain repair completed by this company which turned out to be a very frustrating experience. The story is too long and involved to describe here, involving the insurance company, ANSA and another specialist company, but there were constant delays and lack of feedback throughout. We had to push all the time to get ANSA and their specialist partner to attend.
I cannot fault the work carried out by the guys working on site, and I thank them for their hard work and professionalism, particularly as they did the repair in the two coldest days we have had so far this year. But I have no way of rating the work separately to the overall experience, hence only 2 stars.

Excellent Service would definitely use again!
Turned up on time and efficiently fixed the problem at the pre-agreed fixed cost. They also left site clean and tidy - would recommend!
