I’ve just completed on our house sale with AQ acting as our agents. Highly recommend! They were honest and delivered great service throughout. We had a big issue when completing (not due to AQ) however they continued to keep contact with me the whole time, sending me updates and trying to reassure me as much as possible. Thank you for making a stressful process easier. Would definitely recommend.

Within a week of being registered with Antony Quirk we have viewed, sold and are now in the processing of buying a property through them. Absolutely amazing. We can honestly say from day one the organisation, helpfulness and professional approach this lovely team have are outstanding. They take time to listen and we feel that's an important part of the process. We chose our Mortgage Broker and Solicitor through Antony Quirk too who were in touch as soon as instructed. Very helpful and professional too. Thank you so much to all the team.

It was by chance we walked in to Anthony Quirk on Canvey Island to get advice on selling property willed to us.
How fortuitous. From start to finish we found the service both highly professional and personable,and very commendably carried off.
Throughout they were efficient, proactive in forwarding pertinent information, and easy to contact if we ever needed advice or information.
I have no hesitation in stating they are an excellent company able to offer service to an exemplary level.

My partner and I had three properties on Canvey Island for sale. They were put on the market, one at a time, about a week apart. Each sold within a week of going on the market and each realised the desired price. The service throughout was professional and friendly. Anthony and the complete staff at Quirk Mazda were fantastic for 2 the visits to the dealership. Very friendly NO Pressure. Offered a Great price for my trade in. Although I did not make a purchase due to color of my choice and the fact that I will keeping my car for now, best Mazda dealer experience so far. Better than Wellesley , Sentry, Patrick, Tully. Almost 5 years ago I had an unpleasant estate agent experience selling my house after being widowed. In desperation I contacted Anthony Quirk, spoke to Chris and we arranged for him to come out to help me with some advice and maybe starting again with them. Before my appointment with him my house actually sold so I had to phone and cancel. I was astonished at his kind and caring response, he was genuinely pleased that things had worked out for me. I have never forgotten him or his words.
All these years later, my mum has passed away and we have found ourselves in the very sad position of selling her home. Chris and his team were our one and only obvious choice. They have been amazing, having our best interests at heart just as I knew they would. To feel you’re in such good hands is priceless and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

After a lengthy search to find a suitable home to buy, we finally found the right one for us.

The Anthony Quirk team at Canvey,led by Chris and Lenny offer first class customer service,they oversee the whole buying and selling process from start to finish ,so professional and pleasant ,always answer their phones and loads with solicitors,surveyors and mortgage brokers,we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them,they arranged an open day for our house it sold on the day for 5k over the asking price ,we re just so pleased with the first class service they offer

Amazing.
We dealt with Rico and Georgia who throughout the whole process was amazing. They spent time helping us throughout the whole move/buy of our home and we are all settled in. Collecting the keys was great and our little lab Ruben enjoyed a dog cookie or two! If you are looking to sell or buy I would 100% recommend them. They make sure everything runs smoothly as quickly as possible. Thank you for everything.
