Terrible experience
Terrible experience which left me concerned and in tears.
Contacted them with a view to sell items and what followed was such poor customer service that I was left utterly speechless and genuinely worried that these people now had my address.
Honestly don't know how they sleep at night after the way they treat people.
There are many other companies that offer these services, for your own sake go elsewhere!
Seems like this company is trying every possible means of preventing me from leaving a TRUTHFUL review. Including lying and intimidation.
Shame on you trustpilot for being taken in! I have adhered to the law, to your rules and written a genuine review of a genuine experience of a nasty business. Do not support liars and intimidation techniques.

We are disappointed to see a second review from this individual regarding a transaction that never actually took place.
The prospective seller contacted us offering a number of items for sale, some of which contained ivory. Dealing in Ivory is a criminal offence. As a professional antiques business operating within UK law, we made the decision not to proceed once this became apparent, as we cannot purchase items that may fall under current ivory restrictions and legislation.
At no stage did we behave improperly or threaten the reviewer in any way. We simply declined the purchase and ended communication professionally and politely.
We take customer service and client privacy extremely seriously and have many satisfied customers built up over many years in business. We believe this review omits the key context surrounding why we declined the transaction in the first place.

We had the task of clearing my late Mother’s home in london and since we don’t reside in the UK, it was a colossal task. Antiques buyers made that task smooth and lifted a great weight off of our shoulders by purchasing a great number of Lalique crystals, paintings, silver goods, jewelry, fine china and they could have bought far more but we decided not to part with everything for sentimental reasons. They purchased on the spot and took everything immediately. The staff was knowledgeable and fair and I would definitely choose them again.
