Warning Do Not Do International Bank Transfers.
I wish there was not a star to click onto, but I had to.
This is the worst company for every possible reason.
I done a International Bank Transfer, For the amount of 270 euro only to discover I was 9 euro short as the exchange rates differ each day.
But I transferred the right amount from my Bank.
This company demanded that I pay the final 9 euro difference, plus my bank transfer fees on top of this amount.
They would not reason on a small amount as it was there own bank taken the 9 euro out not mine.
Mr Antonio refused to return my funds after 3 weeks until I had to get own Bank involved to recover these funds.
So I lost over 73 euro in transaction fees just for a order I made. This is so disgusting how shops get away with this.
the customer service is so rude they don't take account the customers needs or nor willing to do so. Never do bank transfers with this company as they don't release the paid goods on payment.This company should not be trading and should be closed down. Their Terms of conditions is well out of date, so don't pay attention to them and paypal don't exist. What is this place a zoo. A complete shambles.They don't speak English, so don't expect a straight answer back and nor do they try.

Vorrei che non c'era una stella da fare, ma dovevo.
Questa è la società peggiore per ogni ragione possibile.
Ho fatto un trasferimento bancario internazionale, per l'importo di 270 euro solo per scoprire sono stato di 9 euro corti poiché i tassi di cambio differiscono ogni giorno.
Ma ho trasferito la somma giusta dalla mia banca.
Questa società ha chiesto di pagare la differenza finale di 9 euro, più le tasse di trasferimento bancarie in cima a questa somma.
Non avrebbero ragionato su un piccolo importo poichè era proprio la banca propria prendeva i 9 euro fuori mio.
Il signor Antonio ha rifiutato di restituire i miei fondi dopo 3 settimane finché non ho dovuto ottenere la propria Banca coinvolta per recuperare questi fondi.
Così ho perso più di 73 euro nelle commissioni di transazione solo per un ordine che ho fatto. Questo è così disgustoso come i negozi si allontanano da questo.
il servizio clienti è così scortese che non tengono conto delle esigenze dei clienti o neanche disposti a farlo. Non effettuare mai trasferimenti bancari con questa azienda poiché non rilasciano la merce pagata a pagamento. Questa società non dovrebbe essere in negoziazione e dovrebbe essere chiusa. I loro Termini di condizione sono ben datati, quindi non prestare attenzione a loro e paypal non esistono. Che cosa è questo posto uno zoo? Una sconvolgenza completa. Non parlano inglese, quindi non aspettatevi una risposta retta e non provate.
