Purchased a Peugeot Expert Teepee from this dealer.
As I lived to far away everything was done over the phone. Luis was my point of contact . WOT A GUY , took walk round videos and was always available to talk and answer questions. The car came with a fresh MOT and service with extra work undertaken on advice for peace of mind . They even delivered the car at a great price . Rod handed the vehicle over and explained and showed the car to myself.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a used car and would recommend to all.

Brought car had it for 6days needed repair was told I had to get car to them pay for transport my self and pay for parts very unhappy

Great customer service. I have waited to put a review to see how I get on with my purchase.
I have to say from the moment I step foot at anwick car sales the service was fantastic. The day was a washout but time was taken to chat through my options and spoken to without being rushed or a sale being thrown at me.
I was apprehensive as I had a really bad expensive with another dealership previous to this one ( hence the time of this review).
My mind was put at ease and all queries were answered and spoken to so I understood properly what I was signing etc.
There was an issue with the car which was soon sorted out and again customer service was fantastic and I was kept informed throughout the process.
I would highly recommend.

Recently purchased a Honda civic from Anwick car sales. What a pleasant and refreshing experience. We had spent the day looking at used vehicles at other garages only to be dissatisfied with either the cars available or the service offered. On arrival we were greated by Luis who was attentive without being pushy. We decided to purchase on the day and was prepared to take car as seen, but Rod and Luis explained they would be much happier for car to be freshly MOT and serviced before we took delivery., which we agreed to and they turned this around very quickly which helped our situation significantly. We could not recommend Anwick car sales more highly and appreciate the honesty and friendly attitude which you would not usually associate with buying a car.
