I have been using this app (paid version) for years. I see improving from time to time. And when I have problem with the app, the tech support team is very helpful and prompt. Very good product by far. I like it.

I used (and compared) 3 products. AVC was not the fastest but it seems the best of the 3. It supports HEVC, it supports GPU acceleration, it supports downsizing for low-res tablets, and best of all is FREE. I love it.

Converting files is a breeze. Customer service response to my query was quick and gracious.

Eco's support was great in supporting my upgrade to Ultimate, responsive and professional.

The product has always worked great. However, after a reinstall of Windows and the installation of an updated version of the software, it wouldn't take my registration code. I reached out to Support and they sent me a revised registration code that went through without any hassle.

Contacted support on registration code error, within 24hrs support resolved the issue and enable me to get back to my video work. Great program and outstand tec support backing this product.

I started using Any Video Converter in 2018, I started using the free version but when I saw how useful it was I purchased the software. I find it very useful to make smaller sized files of videos with the same visual quality, saving disk space. It's also great to strip embedded subtitles off of movies or shows I've downloaded. I upgraded to the Ultimate version which includes a way to download videos from websites, very helpful for downloading videos I want to keep for later viewing.

Works! no lag on computer. Been using Any Video Converter Ultimate since 2013. I Mostly use this app for screen capture of zoom calls and video recordings I am unable to download. I had to upgrade due to Version updates and was able to use my original license purchase, as promised in the original purchase, after contacting Customer service. They answered emails and had me registered again after a couple of nights. Their time zone is china so had to wait for business hours. I am not a paid reviewer, Just a happy one. I do recommend this app. Well worth the original payment.

Great expirience using this software, highly recommend to convert old formats video like .avi! I am really enjoying.

I've been using Any Video Converter for many years, primarily to download videos and convert them to MP3s. With the older version I had until I finally purchased a new PC, I had to actually download the video and then convert it to an MP3. With the latest version I have (Pro), I can actually download the video as an MP3 and skip a step. Plus, I was amazed at the number of additional features available, especially the trimming feature, which allows me to cut out previews to songs and long endings. The thing I really want to comment on, however, is their customer service. Every time I have contacted them for support, I have received a prompt, detailed reply that allowed me to continue on with my business. As someone who previously served in the customer service arena for 40 years, that's great customer service!

AVC is the only downloader/converter/screen recorder program that has been reliable for years. I changed out my computer and needed assistance with getting the new version on my computer. I was using outdated software that is no longer in use by the company and they got me set up and upgraded at no additional cost. They were timely and extremely helpful and the software works better than ever. Highly recommend!

I've been using AVC Ultimate for so long I can't remember when I bought it. Great software for converting videos (my main purpose). I had trouble registering the new version because my old registration key didn't work. I wrote to support on Sunday night and got a reply on Monday morning with a new working key! If only all companies worked like this!

I have used different versions of AVC over several years and the customer service that they offer is exemplary. Because of my age and forgetfulness I did not realize that I was still stuck on version 7 of the AVC Ultimate and when I had to re-install it after my Windows 11 crashed, the old key no longer worked. I was in a bit of a panic, because I could not afford the new version (9) but the crew at AVC (Eco) was very kind in upgrading me to the latest version free-of-charge. At 72 such actions of kindness speak volumes for the quality of service. Thank you AVC!

In December 2019, yes, that's six plus years ago, I purchased AVC Ultimate and have used it since. What a remarkable software product. I have used it to convert old historical images and video, and I have even converted the video I shot in Antarctica in 2013 to a user-friendly format for today's systems. Besides the software being first-rate, there is another layer that needs to be addressed. That is the Tech Support system in place at AVC. I most recently contacted AVC Support as my current version would not update. In less than 48 hours, Support was back in touch with an updated Registration, getting me back online. Brilliant! One could not ask for better or quicker assistance. My hat goes off to the Support Team, thank you.

I used the free version of Any Video Converter for a couple of months until I can no longer download videos from Youtube. I switched to the paid version and I was extremely satisfied. The technical support is very fast unlike other software companies offering the same service where you have to buy a technical support to get a fast service.

Excellent for downloading YouTube videos so they can be watched offline. Free plans allow you to download at the best quality but you don't get a choice of what the default format will be unless you upgrade - perfectly fair. I thought this app had removed the .mkv option for free users but apparently the format depends on the specific video so you will end up with either .mkv or .webm on free plans. You can always use their built-in Format Convert tool to convert one format to another for free. I wasn't able to find much instruction about how to use this app but the creators responded quickly to my issue.

Any Video Converter makes a reliable software that has consistently helped me with my video / audio projects over the last eight years. On two occasions I've had the need of customer service, and on both questions they've been friendly and swift with solutions. This has to be one of the best software investments I've ever made--I rely on this converter and AVC. Thank you!

i have been using softwares to download online videos for years. AVC is one of them. many times that other softwares don't work, AVC works very well.

I don't know if there is enough space here to say everything that is so great about this company. But beyond the actual product, the Customer Service has been as good as it gets since day one in my experience with them. Not only did they solve the problem but it was WITH ME, so I learned more about the products capability. They NEVER got discouraged with me as a customer even when I was a free user! They have never let me down and the issue HAS ALWAYS been solved within a day or two.
And just between you and me, most of the time the issue was of my ignorance. For that I apologize, but they never made me feel like a dummy.
I could go on about the customer service for this company, but they should just make a manual of what they do, and it should be mandatory training for every single company on Earth.
The product itself is a Godsend to me because I work AND think in imagery, and without AVC I would still be copying images and dialog by hand. I can construct a better product and learn from my previous work by being able to reference and footnote with credit, the materials I used to create a new prodcut of my own. And it only because I have been using AVC for what? Is it 10 years yet?
I don't remember life without it.
