Since “any video converter” has so many uses and features, it’s was an easy decision to purchase this product. There are many other workarounds and individual tools to use but having a multiple of polished tools in one package makes this very effective.
I’ve been using AVC for over six years and plan to keep using it. I’ve had about 4 issues during that time and customer service always got back in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours to resolve any problems.
This software continues to be updated and it grows and adapts with newer technology and added features. I strongly recommend this in your toolbox.

I have been using Any Video Converter (Ultimate) for at least 10 yrs now. I haven't needed to contact support too often, maybe a half dozen times during this time, and they have always been super responsive with a good solution.

Most recently I contacted them as I wasn't able to get some YT videos to load so I can convert to MP3. I was informed that the Ultimate AVC v7 is no longer supported and to upgrade to V9. Eco gave me the link. He said if that works, let them know and they will upgrade me for free.

I sent my original registration information and Eco responded same day with the new upgrade. This new V9 looks much different and I'm excited to learn how to use this new AVC.

Because v7 doesn't update anymore, I contacted Support. They said contact in 24 hours but this issue would have been resolved in 12 hours if *I* had checked my email. They verified my info and I'm using v9 with no issues.

After using this product before it was time to renew my licence I tried the new free upgraded,app then paid for the pro version I did not realize you could do it via the free version.so
I had trouble with registration but the
support staff via Eco soon found my mistake

Their software works and it's easy to use. Through the years their support has been prompt in answering and and follow up on suggestions. All in all thorough the years this has shown to me to be a good company and good software.

I had an issue pop up when renewing my license. I contacted AnvSoft and their extremely quick and thoughtful response was spectacular.

Very easy to use and minimal input needed. I use it extensively for cutting, splicing, and compressing videos from motion activated wildlife cameras because it is quick ank simple.

Any Video Converter is the best. Super versatile. And the customer support was excellent when I upgraded to a new computer. Best software purchase I ever made.

I’ve used AVC for several years now, mostly to convert movies downloaded from the internet, and it has proven to be a very stable and efficient piece of software.

I’ve only needed to contact customer services a few times, usually when my Windows crashes and I’ve had to reinstall all my software profiles, which often results in the usual reinstall glitches. And credit where it’s due, they’ve always responded promptly and without fuss, and have always resolved the problem for me. If required, they've even issued a “no-fuss” replacement serial number to get me up and running again.

They now offer Video and Photo AI enhancers too, which I’m likely to try based on this experience and look forward to continued use with this very efficient product that more than caters for my needs.

I have a PC laptop, running Windows 11. It's a new computer and I installed the newest version of Any Video Converter. I used the previous version for several years for simple things, converting formats and sometimes, extracting audio from a video.

The new version appears to be a different program, requiring the installation of various tools to accomplish tasks. I have tried repeatedly to install the AI splitter, which would permit me to extract audio from a video. The installation has failed each time at 77%, with an error message that is obscure (to me).

I have uninstalled the program, with some regrets. The previous iteration worked flawlessly. This version is unusable.

I've been using Anvsofts Any DVD Converter software now since it's initial release. The support is excellent and the product is fantastic. I highly recommend any software from this company.

Great customer service

I had to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My original code did not work. Customer Support gave me a new code that worked. I've used any-video-converter for over ten years. It is good to know this company keeps its promises. Great software. Great customer support. Peace.
