Gazebo was very competitively priced.
Arrived in 2 separate packages,a few days apart.
This was not clear as I thought it would all together and I had to contact Aosom to clarify this,but other than that,very happy with the purchase

Fast delivery! Well packaged and beautiful playhouse bought for my nearly 4 year old son. He loves it. Was built easily in an hour and instructions were good. We made a base with leftover builders sand and bought the click base in homestore and more.

My experience with AOSOM has been very disappointing. I ordered the "ZONEKIZ Toddler Bed Frame, Kids Bedroom Furniture for Ages 3–6 Years, Green" on 22 July 2026. The latest estimated delivery date was 29 July 2026, but this deadline was not met.

On 28 July, I received a DPD tracking number, but the tracking status has remained "Awaiting parcel" ever since. I contacted DPD, and they confirmed that the parcel had not been handed over to them.

On 30 July, AOSOM's customer service informed me that my order was being shipped from a different warehouse, which could cause delays, while also stating that the parcel had been dispatched on 28 July. Since the tracking status had still not changed by 4 August, I contacted them again. They replied that they had contacted the courier to prioritize the delivery and asked me to wait another 2–3 working days, or alternatively cancel the order.

On 6 August, I contacted DPD once again. They confirmed that the parcel still had not been handed over to them, despite AOSOM's repeated assurances that it had already been dispatched.

What disappoints me most is the lack of accurate and transparent communication. AOSOM repeatedly stated that the parcel had been dispatched, while DPD confirmed that they had still not received it. As of today, I have not received my order, which is already significantly overdue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying from this store.

Edit: I informed AOSOM on 29 July that I would be moving out soon and asked them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Despite the parcel still not being handed over to DPD, they refused to issue a refund and insisted the order would be delivered. I also explained that my child is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor because we were expecting the bed to arrive on time. Unfortunately, my concerns have been ignored, making this experience even more frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered a gardenshed, was to bedelivered today, rang Aosom spoke to agent with poor english who confirmed she could not help, got onto Aesom who directed me to courier DPD, no result , after confirmation that delivery was made.

I ordered an awning 3.5mts wide, I was sent 1.85mts

I sent numerous emails and photos explaining the problem.

Each time I was asked for more photos.
A total waste of my life...

I can see the difference between 3.5 mts and
1.85mts why the staff at Aoscom cant see the difference is hard to understand.

They even stated the "outer package can be larger than the actual length of the product" in reply to one of my emails , when I clearly showed the length was 1.85. It appears they did not read my email !!

Delay and delay and no respect for my life and dealing with this annoying issue.

Wake up and pay attention. Really they will have to do better.

Excellent gazebo and a great price

The item is quite Flimsy and several pieces were bent & not lining up so some difficulty with assembly.

I was a little sceptical when ordering, but my gazebo arrived within 3 days and was exactly as the photo. I was kept up to date on shipping progress and the product had excellent assembly instructions. Will definitely be using Aosom again.
