Disgusting. Filthy. Totally Rude Service from Hosts. Not equipped. No WiFi. Refused to help at all with any problems. Heating unable to be regulated. Keys a 1 hour round trip from apartment. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nightmare
Check has to be at 12, not 17. If not you are just renting a room for 18h, not for a day. You have to put WiFi! That is so basic and cheap. The TV only had one channel, unbelievable! And! It is a ski destination and you don’t include blow drier? Your company is just a joke, I prefer pay more and have all these things, never coming back

Los horarios de entrada y salida se indican en la web de tu agencia, así como el equipamiento del apartamento, que no incluye conexión wifi o lavadora. ES importante leer toda la información antes de reservar y, en caso de duda, lo mejor es contactar con la agencia para que os ayude a hacer la reserva.
There was a very strong smell of mold
There was a very strong smell of mold. There was no dishsoap, hand soap, and almost no toilet paper. The walls were paper thin and the neighbours were partying late into the night. It was a miserable experience.

It is a nice apartment
It is a nice apartment, only drawback is the traffic in the morning.
The agreements were fulfilled perfectly and questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp.
There were more than enough towels and everything was clean

A Recommended Accomodation for a Memorable Stay in Rural Andorra
This is not a luxury apartment, but it is clean. We like the superb location in the Parish of Ordino, which is generally the more quiet area in Andorra. The premises sits across a beautiful creek, complimented by what looks like a small Roman bridge. The apartment itself is good, despite a generally unfinished impression and there being rooms for improvement. The distance to anywhere is quite manageable (to Andorra La Vella at 30 minutes driving, to La Massana at 15 minutes and to Ordino central at 5 minutes), while walking around in the hood was a highly pleasing experience. We would definitely love to come back, especially when some little issues (availability of heater & wifi) are sorted out.
