Such an amazing experience

Such an amazing experience! The crew and our main guide were great. We saw so many beautiful thing from coral reefs to and amazing beach and even some dolphins.
P.s. 10/10 would repeat

A good trip

It was a good boat trip with a good and friendly guide. The food was good. The snorkeling was also good but the first snorkeling was with a big group, a lot of crying, small place for relaxed snorkeling. The second snorkeling was sehr good: small group and place for relaxed snorkeling. The visit Eden Island was amazing.

The organizer was strict on thine at…

The organizer was strict on thine at pick up time at the hotel. After a bus ride to Marina, which took 45 minutes, we were welcomed by the crew of the boat. They were friendly helpful the snorting devices were perfect. The entertainment of the bolts was fine. Dinner tasted good. I was especially happy to see that no one could enter the boat with shoes. The cleanness of the boat wanna read it all you’re going to win I’ll give you was perfect.

I could highly recommend a trip with this organisation. It’s worth the money.

Totally relaxed!

We had a great experience at the Grand Egyptian Museum and piramides. We had nothing to worry about, because of our tourguide! He gave us a wonderful tour, also the transfer and lunch were settled in a very good way. One of the most kindest persons we met at holidays!

We used this travel Agency for our Hurghada vacation this spring. It was a great experience and we enjoyed the amazing Tour programm. I can really recommend the Luxor, Quad and the Eden Island Tour 👌🏻🙌🏻😃

No show and lied about status

No show and lied about status. Eventually a local taxi was provided. This was part of a booking with Love Holidays - didn’t think for one minute to check the reviews and now home I see they are abysmal with many reports of missed pickups so it begs the question why LH continues to use MTS. A VERY STRESSFUL end to our holiday, I will never use again

We met Mokhles Shokralla on our first…

We met Mokhles Shokralla on our first day when we were in Egypt. He introduced himself as the”Love holidays” representative at our hotel Shams Safaga. He was very helpful and easy to talk to.
We booked a couple of trips through his company. They were well prepared and we felt comfortable throughout both trips. We felt safe and well looked after. The trip to Luxor was for the whole day. The coach was clean, comfortable with a couple of drivers and a security guard. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. We went to visit few sites where we got enough information and time to walk around with the group and on our own.
The trip to Hurghada was for half of a day. It was an unexpected experience but in a good way. The guide showed us the real Egyptian life and some of the non touristic areas where we could see how they were actually living. We visited a fish market, vegetable and fruits market, the old harbour and the actual one, travelled by boat then by carriage for some time. We had a snack in an open space restaurant then went to a couple of bazaars where we could buy some local products.
All in all both of the trips were great and worth the price and the time spent there.

AVOID at any price

Very concerning experience involving personal data and misleading sales practices in Turkey (Antalya region).

I provided my phone number to MTS Globe strictly for airport transfer coordination. Shortly after arriving at our hotel, I was contacted via WhatsApp by an individual who presented himself as a holiday representative.

He already knew my name and hotel, which made the situation appear legitimate. Based on this, we trusted him and booked an excursion (Dino Safari).

However, key pricing information was only disclosed after payment. For example, the lion cubs photo price was mentioned as 10€, but only later clarified as 10€ per person. This was not clearly explained beforehand, and we would not have booked if we had known the true cost.

We refused the activity due to misleading information.

Additionally, the same individual arranged a visit to a local shop, where we were pressured into purchasing items at highly inflated prices.

This raises serious concerns about how personal data is handled and whether customer contact details are being shared with third parties, enabling direct contact and sales under false representation.

This experience took place in the Antalya area and does not reflect the standards expected from a professional international company.

After our holiday in Albania

After our holiday in Albania, we had to book a taxi from our hotel to the airport, 30 mins after the agreed pickup time the driver still had not shown up. I will never use this service again, I'm disappointed and will be expecting a refund noone has money to waste like that. Worse we could have missed our flights just it just creates unnecessary pressure.

Next day when i arrived in Hurghada

Next day when i arrived in Hurghada, we had a meeting with Fahim from MTS. He speaks Dutch and that was very nice. He explained everthing. And he helped me with making good choices about the activaties in Hurghada. Today i went to a traditional Hammam for a Clepatra experience and tomorrow i go snorkeling. Very exciter. Thank you Fahim for your advice and explenation.

OK so me and my son recently got back from Tenerife and booked through Love holidays they used MTS as a transfer it was okay being picked up from the airport but going back to the airport was a disaster. On the slip from the hotel and love holidays app it said to be at reception at 7:52 am we got there at 7:54 am went straight to reception and I asked her if the coach has arrived yet she said no and to wait at least five minutes and maybe it might come five minutes come and gone I kept going outside checking to see if the coach was out there and no coach so I went back inside asked the reception to call the number on the app. She called the number on the app got through to a lady they were speaking in Spanish so I didn't understand a word what was being said until the receptionist I believe her name was every ERI asked if my name was Adam at first I said no that's not my name I'm not a man and then she then went on to ask the lady on the phone that's not her name and then she came back and said another name Denise I said yes that's my middle name and then she asked again what my surname was I gave her the surname and then they eventually found me on their system and said that the coach turned up at 7:56 am and I was in shock because we did not see no coach whilst sat inside the reception facing the outside. I then asked the receptionist if you could ask the lady on the phone at MTS if they can resend another coach to pick up me and my son because I've paid for the transfer and she said no the lady down the phone said no to this point I was really getting annoyed because I paid for my transfer the least that the coach man could've done is come inside and had a look to see if there's any more customers that need to go on the coach I'm clearly sure that he has a list of people that need to go on the coach and for example here if he had four people on the list and only two people on the on the coach he then should've proceeded inside and ask if anybody else needs to come on this coach.

So clearly they did not bother to check to see if anybody was inside there's no rule or does not state anywhere that you have to sit wait outside for someone to turn up.
We then proceeded with a taxi to the airport which cost us €133 which I was not happy about I'm still waiting for this refund from love holidays I should also get this refund from MTS group as they are absolutely rubbish I would never be using them again

Great service from mts

We had a very helpful guide from mts. Unfortunately we booked the wrong hotel, so we could not be together with our family. But when we told this our responsible mts guy Osama, he immediately cared for everything, so we could change to the right hotel just the next day. Our guide from mts was very friendly and helpful - great service.

Snorkeling

Our snorkeling activity was great, we were with a good team chosen by MTS. They were very kind, helpful and funny. Thank you Tarek for advising us to go snorkeling in Hurgada and Eden Island!

We had a trip to Cairo

We had a trip to Cairo, piramides and sphinx and the entire trip was amazing. The toure guide Walla did teach us about the history of Egypt and how the egyptions really are. We had a short cruise on the Nile, we visited the piramides and the great musseum. Everything was verry well organized!! Thank you MTS!!
