I made a double payment (my mistake) and hence wanted a refund on one of the payments. APCOA acknowledged my request that day and then just over 3 weeks later a received an email informing me that I... See more

Had a pre booked parking. Was hard to find any free spot to park and biggest “goal” came when leaving. Tried to used pay station and it showed lower cost as pre booked price.
No point to pre book if can’t find parking spot and it’s more expensive.

I booked eastgate carpark and paid £20 for overnight stay. I have now received a parking ticket.

Straightforward and good price for London parking.
Only downside like any open car park was smell of urine in morning.

Very helpful and good communication by Mr Paul Harwood, who helped me make adjustments to my parking plans at Glasgow Airport
Thank you Paul, you're a credit to your company

A few days ago, I pre-booked parking at Northwick Park Hospital because my son was scheduled to have surgery. The booking process was straightforward, the fees acceptable but validating the booking when leaving was a completely different story.
After spending 16 hours at the hospital, I returned to my car with my 9year old son, who had undergone surgery under general anaesthetic just a few hours earlier and was exhausted and unwell.
When I tried to leave the car park, the exit barrier wouldn't open.
I pressed the help button and explained to the parking attendant that I had already paid online and had my booking reference ready.
Instead of simply verifying my booking and opening the barrier, I was told to reverse my car, walk back into the hospital, find the parking office, and write my reference number on a piece of paper. Only then was I given another ticket to use at the barrier.
Throughout the entire interaction, the staff member was incredibly rude. He repeatedly raised his voice because I didn't understand what he was asking me to do.
When I asked for directions back to my car, he simply turned around and walked away. His entire attitude was unnecessary and soured the efforts of everyone else in the NHS that we interacted with.
I ended up breaking down in tears in front of my son, who had already been through a difficult day and certainly didn't need to witness that. Instead of being able to focus on getting him home safely, I was left feeling distressed, shaken, and humiliated.
I drive regularly and often use parking apps, and I have never encountered such an inconvenient, confusing, or insensitive process.
What should have been a simple exit from the car park became one of the most stressful parts of an already incredibly difficult day. Based on this experience, I will not be using this parking service again, and I sincerely hope improvements are made to both the validation process and the way customers are treated.

Having booked carparking at Glasgow Airport for a week, and sitting on a plane for 13.5 hours our holiday was cancelled and we were returned to Glasgow. I contacted APCOA and spoke to an operator who said unfortunatley there was nothing they could do but I could email into the company. I emailed and Paul Harwood at APCOA investigated the matter and organised a full refund. He was polite, courteous and a credit to the company. I really appreciate your help. Many thanks

On 21/6 I parked on High Wycombe train station car park and i paid on that parking machine inside the train station. Today i received a parking charge from Apcoa parking , the company who manage the parking .. I tried to fix it with them by phone and no chance.. They said to appeal online.. What a joke .. Be careful when you park there .. always keep the ticket..

The site was not up to APCOA's usual standards. Narrow bays and even narrower passing points. I booked in advance and should have been able to quote my booking reference via the intercom on exit and depart swiftly. That only works, however, if the company has an operative in attendance to answer the call. No answer was received and with vehicles stacking up behind me I was forced to use my credit card and pay AGAIN... ! Singularly unimpressive performance APCOA.

Park here every day im in manchester, 8 quid for the day and fully secure, and in the city centre. I park here 2x a week. Easy to book online and no issues with the camera systems reading reg and letting me in and out.

Great location, easy access and easy to retrieve. Found a space easy. Website easy to use. Price wise, dearer than I wanted but possibly cheap for inner city parking.

I had an issue with a Payment for drop off at Heathrow. Stephanie took time to understand and help. I didn’t think parking companies could act so compassionately! Thank you Stephanie

Well unlike most companies i seem to contact the service from Emma Millar the NCSC Supervisor with regards to my query was excellent. I sent an email which was answered the same day, she then rang me back and promised a reply which came back the same day. Very pleased with the service I received which beyond what I was expecting.

I contacted APCOA on the chat function on their website and spoke with Ellie about a Heathrow drop off charge. All I had to do was tell the chatbot I wanted to speak to a human agent, then there was only a short wait to chat with Ellie. She resolved my problem very quickly, understanding the situation and finding a fair resolution. A lot of parking companies have bad reputations, but all my dealings with APCOA have actually been really positive.

Very quick response and extremely efficient to resolve the issue.

My experience with this car park and its associated debt recovery partner, DRP, has been extremely poor.
I made a genuine attempt to pay for my parking at the time. Unfortunately, no receipt was issued after the payment attempt, and I remained unaware of any problem until I received correspondence from DRP demanding £170. I never received the original Parking Charge Notice that APCOA says it sent.
Rather than helping to resolve the dispute directly, the matter was escalated to a debt recovery company. I found the subsequent correspondence intimidating and focused on payment rather than investigating what had happened.
After I requested a review, APCOA agreed to reduce the amount to £60 as a settlement. However, they declined my request for any technical logs or audit records that might explain why no successful payment was recorded. As a result, I still have no way of knowing whether the issue arose from the payment machine, the payment processing system, or some other error.
To bring the matter to an end and avoid further debt recovery action, I reluctantly accepted the settlement. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and lacking in transparency. I would strongly recommend that anyone parking here keeps independent proof of payment, as resolving any payment dispute may prove extremely difficult.
