I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at APC. For myself, I hadn't received an ATAR to make it straight into university to study Paramedicine, although I couldn't be happier that I chose this pathway instead. For myself, I found it a little bit hard to stay motivated and on top of work during this course, so it did take me quite a while to complete the course, although it is very flexible around work and life which I found very helpful. After completing the workshop, I had made many friends who I still casually see, and I felt that I could come to my trainers about any worries or concerns I had with my work during the workshop and would continue to be supported with my work.

I completed my Cert III in Pathology collection with APC. I couldn't have enjoyed the experience any more! The content was engaging, direct and informative. The facilitators were knowledgeable, relatable and genuinely cared about setting their students up for success. Questions were encouraged, support was endless and has continued post completion. One of the facilitators was even able to leverage her industry contacts to not only assist with placement, but employment!
I would absolutely recommend anyone interested in a Pathology Career Pathway to look into studying with APC.

The trainers were all super supportive
The coursework had clear expectations and simple to comprehend assignments.
It was designed to help you pass not fail.
The actual course was misleading in what it offers In the national Australian industry, from South Australia it was impossible to find local placement, difficult to find mentors and there are few job opportunities without further study as it is not a widely recognised qualification.

I completed my Workshop 1 and 2 within a couple weeks of each other. Despite the abundance of information in a short period of time, the education and training provided by Mac made retaining and demonstrating these skills possible. Her professional experience and knowledge base is outstanding and she is incredibly patient with each individual student.

I had a very positive experience studying with the Australian Paramedical College (APC). The course provided a solid foundation in pre-hospital care, with a strong focus on practical skills such as patient assessment, airway management, and emergency response within the scope of practice.
The trainers were supportive and knowledgeable, always willing to clarify doubts and guide students through both theoretical and practical components. The clinical workshops were especially valuable, as they helped build confidence and simulate real-life scenarios.
I also appreciated the flexibility of the course, which allowed me to balance my studies with work and other commitments. The structure of the program encouraged independent learning while still providing access to guidance when needed.
Overall, APC is a great option for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare or gain hands-on skills in emergency care. It has been an important step in my professional development, and I feel more prepared to work in real-world environments.

Absolutley loved completing my certificate in pathology! Trainers were amazing. They approached every training day and workshop with patience and compassion. The first time stabbing someone is really daunting yet they helped us through the process with ease.

I’ve had an amazing experience with APC, everyone was so supportive and understanding about life and study. I had Macaylor (Mac) as my trainer for my workshop and she was hands down exceptional, her teaching method was so thorough, she was calm, funny, and very very knowledgeable. Couldn’t fault a thing! Thanks Mac and APC!

Since graduating from my Cert IV then immediately upgrading to the diploma, I've made some wonderful friends, gained work at an event medic, accepted a uni offer to study the bachelors of paramedicine.
It has been a positive life changing choice to study with APC and it was so easy with the flexible and engaging learning content and the trainers, especially during workshops made it so much better. Definitely worth it!!!

I just started my diploma of emergency healthcare with APC. It’s one of the best, if not the best private company I have ever studied with. The way they structure the course and amount of support they provide along the way is admirable. You never leave a module confused or worried about not understanding the content , they help with every step you take. APC truly do care about you and your path in life and want to do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. I worried about the financial side of things before I started, as a 19 year old living away from home providing for themself, it scared me how on earth I was meant to pay for the course. Their financial payment plans really put my mind at ease and I honestly just don’t even worry about it anymore, it doesn’t fase me. The enrolment team tell you everything you need to know before you start, they are incredible, they guide and assist you into the first few stages into the course. You’re never alone when studying with APC, couldn’t recommend enough!!

The teachers were so helpful and informative. They made the workshops fun and interactive so you could put all the theory you have learnt into practice.
It was a really fun and enjoyable way to gain the diploma for me. I work as an event medic now and love it!

My journey into the healthcare industry started after serving in the Australian Defence Force and later working with QLD Corrective Services. I was at a point where I was unsure where my career path would lead next. While researching pre-hospital healthcare on Google, I came across APC and the range of courses they offer. The self-paced online learning platform and flexible structure really stood out to me.
At the end of 2024, I decided to take the leap and enrol in the Diploma of Emergency Healthcare. From the beginning, the communication from the administration team has been excellent—always helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.
I have recently completed Workshop One at the main headquarters, and it was a fantastic experience. The trainers brought a wealth of real-world experience and knowledge that made the learning engaging and practical. Their passion for the industry really showed, and they reinforced that choosing APC was the right decision for me. More than that, they helped fuel the motivation I already had to pursue a future career in the pre-hospital healthcare industry.
I’d like to thank the trainers for sharing their life experience and the invaluable lessons they passed on during the workshop. I’m really looking forward to attending Workshop Two and continuing to build my skills as I progress through the course.
I’m excited to continue the journey and build a career in this field.

I am nearing the end of my studies with APC, just finishing off placement and I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity APC has provided me with.
If it wasn’t for the flexible learning style I wouldn’t be where I am today, I am able to work 3 jobs and study at my own pace.
The trainers and office staff are lovely and help you through whatever you need if you get stuck.
Thankyou so much for the last two years!

Trainers Mac & Rachel were an absolute wealth of knowledge at Workshop 2 in Perth last week. I walked away with a renewed sense of excitement about finishing my studies and getting out into the real world. Their training methods made it easier to remember what is required to treat each patient and how to approach different scenarios.

Both and practical and online learning has been really helpful. All of the online studies are laid out really well and it really covers just about everything to get you ready for real life scenarios.
I just completed my workshop one and the trainers were really lovely and helpful. Overall it has been a great experience.
