awful company, have never been good but recently take your money and do no send goods, never answer any phones or reply to email, had to force refund through ebay. no communication at all.

Visited Apex Models as I was passing by, has been ages since I have visited a model shop so was a good experience. Staff were helpful and provided a good service.
I ordered a 27mm proppeller and they sent a 45mm which is completely different. I called them and they said send it back and we will send the new one to you. 2 days later they got the propeller back and when I asked if they can send the new one they said "oh we have a problem with that we have no stock" So i said what about the one you listed on ebay that I baught? he said oh that went to another customer. So I asked "well that customer obviously has the wrong one" He was trying to make me look like some sort of idiot! Dont use these guys they are not honest and customer service is atrocious!
And it's not the last time i have used that shop :)
