Happy that after 8 years of pursuing my claim against Liberty Sipp I finally got some of my investment back! But after 30% fee and vat and other sundries probably received 40% of what I was awarded! APJ are still pursuing for more investment but I'm not holding my breath! Not sure who was the real winner to be honest?

Fantastic company who helped me for the last seven years and kept me in the loop all the way from start to finish, explaining what's next etc.very helpful and gets the job done

I was very pleased APJ were able to pursue the company in question and win an award which matched my initial investment 10 years ago, unfortunately after charges and the 20% plus VAT it totalled in excess of 50% of my award. So what felt initially like a win soon became a sour feeling.
I believe there should be a cap on the amount these solicitors can take from you. Overall I am pleased as something is better than nothing, the FSCS should realise the only people making money out of these claims are the Solicitors.

A long and painful process made so much easier by the team at APJ. Kept me up to date with everything that was going on and got me the result that i had hoped for. Everyone that i dealt with at APJ over the last 2-3 years have been so helpful and friendly too, really appreciate what they done.

Always kept me up to-date with progress of my claim, extremely professional and wouldn't have gone through the process if not for AJP! Has taken some of the bitterness away of the stressful and bad situation I had found myself in. Lots of untrustworthy and unscrupulous people / companies out there please ensure you use one can trust. They are a business and you pay for the service but money well deserved as they took all the worry away and dealt with everything, you get what you pay for!

Totally dis satisfied with the service. I spent loads of time sending emails, also posting my Passport for verification and then chased them regularly for answers .
Full of promises and don't deliver. Aaron my Contact dealing with my Case ,frequently said that they would keep me posted ,even agreed times for Contact and never delivered . Still waiting for a detailed Report to be sent which has not been received.
Full of bull***t and totally dis satisfied on their performance. Are the Reviews with high Ratings, fake or genuine ?

I found all the staff very friendly and very efficient, they gave me great advice and were very patient with me, and the best bit of all is we got the result we wanted

May have only been in contact with APJ for the last 2 weeks however am totally impressed with the customer care and high level of professionalism.
