This claim took several years and TBF the end result was a little disappointing after being promised the world my original £15000 missing pension pot was just about claimed back I was told after 10 years of it missing it would be claimed back with interest and compensation and 30 percent would be charged after APJ failed in the first attempt they then put it through the FSCS ( free service ) another year later and after my intervention I got it sorted but APJ had already put their bank details on the payment form and I was offered £7000 you do the maths I was offered a report at £1200 to appeal so I contested charges I eventually settled for £10000 with the offer of an appeal at extra costs , the FSCS said I should appeal myself and were astounded at the charges , please be aware this is not what it seems

I cant thank APJ Solicitors enough for all their hard work in re-claiming my lost pension with Ethical Forestry. I didn't think I would ever get a resolution, the team kept in touch with me with regular updates.

The whole procedure took about 5 years but they were very efficient and thorough. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful, especially Lucy Reddish and Rebecca Hughes at the end. The final sum was paid very quickly once agreement was reached.

APJ were very good and got back a lot of my stolen pension. I do think however the government should be able to do more about theses fraudsters.
APJ did a good job, got back my money even though it took a very long time they didn't give up and kept me informed along the way.

I can’t fault APJ, although my claim took a long time, they kept in touch with me to keep me updated at every stage. When my claim was settled they paid the money into my account the same day and they deducted their payments so I didn’t have to worry about it. Excellent service all round cannot fault them

I am pleased with the service APJ have given us as I don’t think we would have got anything back without them
I am gutted that had to pay fees but appreciated the work APJ put in to get the outcome we have they were very efficient and helpful with each step
I am just waiting for the difference in what my pension had have been hoping I don’t have to pay fees out it
I do think the government should have stepped in and just paid us all back what was robbed from us

I accept that APJ claimed for my lost Pension as they were reaping 40% of my monies. They have been paid well and I feel we have all been robbed again. Why the FSCA could not deal with us direct is beyond me.
