Thank you for getting some of my investment back to me. I would have given 5* but for the fees paid. I appreciate that you are a business and incur costs etc, but lower fees for this type of recovery would have been much appreciated. Notwithstanding this, updates were frequent and a thorough job was done . Thank you.

Been over a year since I decided to let APJ look into my missold SIPP. Very very poor communication from them I still have no idea what they are supposed to be doing for me, get the occasional email that makes no sense at all to a normal person like me. If you can't do anything for me, be honest and say instead of keeping me hanging on, to me you are a complete waste of time.
