Very good company but say they cant help me with the savings investment just the 1st pension one but the 1st one the courts dont rush for anybody,a bit expensive for this type of claim at 30%,and took over 8yrs now ,started claim around 2016 got claim back minus 30% 2023 and the compensation on lost interest back minus 30% 2024 for 1st lost forestry pension one "but" ,2nd savings investment one in same batch of cuban trees that was running along side it was still on going but later in 2024 now tell me they cant claim that one back which is disappointing as it was a lot of money,,but they are done "a good" job on the 1st and at least got something back on that one and they kept me informed every so often on the 1st one as well ,, just a shame i lost the 2nd investment as they say i couldnt claim my money/investment ba k on that one (a lot of money) so lost out on the 2nd one (it wouldnt let me put the end completion date , only as far as 2022 , date claim was finally completed was summer 2024

APJ have been working on my behalf for some time now. They successfully recouped some of my miss sold pension funds. I was constantly updated about where the second part of my claim. I recently became suspicious of correspondences I was receiving, doubting the authenticity and decided not to provide requested information. Ater ignoring numerous requests I decided to contact one of the original advisors. I rang and asked to speak to the advisor who was not available at the time but rang me back shortly afterwards. TI recognised his voice instantly, he was kind and attentive and assured me I did the right thing. We went through some correspondences which I felt happy were authentic.
He assured me that he would speak to all the the other departments to stop contacting me via all forms of contact and that he personally would be the only one to contact me. I felt safe and assured. He also assured me that he would investigate the occasions which had alerted my concern of the authenticity of correspondences I had received.

Aaron stepped in to help us when our claim for a mis-sold pension was turned down by the FSCS. He helped us with what to write in our appeal and the decision was overturned!
