Mohammed Laher @ APL was great throughout and made the whole process so smooth and stress free.

I don't have words to express how grateful I am for the professional support Sana Mohammed offered me. She was so quick to respond to all my questions. If I asked for a phone call, she would call, and I never felt rushed. I was able to express and ask any questions about the house process. I would give her 10 stars. Very grateful.

When Mohammed Laher took over my case he was fantastic to work with, he was calm even though I was getting a little anxious. He got it over the line for me just in time. He was always polite, friendly and contactable. If I need to use advantage property lawyers again I will definitely be asking for Mohammed.

The service we received was very disappointing. It was impossible to get in touch with our designated lawyer despite numerous calls, voicemails and emails stating the urgency of the matter. It took 9 months for completion of sale which was totally unreasonable given that there were only two houses involved in the chain. Would not recommend this company.

Mohammed was incredible!! From start to finish he was calm, knowledgeable and incredibly hard working. He was consistently available to answer my many questions through my first experience in buying and selling a property. I got a genuine sense that he cared about our experience and did everything in his power to ensure this was a smooth process, that ticked along in a timely manner. Mohammed Laher was very easy to get hold of and very responsive. He was only assigned to my case towards the end and I wish he would've been assigned to me from the start! His colleagues were helpful and completed tasks though they were slightly difficult to get hold off at times but all in all happy with service provided by this company.

An incredibly smooth and easy process. The online resource that tracked what had happened so far and any outstanding tasks due was really easy to use. Email and telephone communications were professional, friendly and helpful. Our main contact, Fateha Majid, went away on leave for part of the process but even then the handover was seamless and everything continued on track. There isn’t one single thing to pull out as an issue. Very happy with the entire experience and would heartily recommend them.

One of the most appalling solicitors i ever encountered.

Never answers the phone, takes days to get back to any emails. Causes unnecessary issues. No sense of urgency at all when the chain could possibly collapse as people are fed up with waiting.

If you ever want to exchange and complete do not use them!!

This has been on going since Oct and still not moved!!!!

The whole process took way longer then needed they completely ignored multiple requests for documents so my buyer can be approved to purchase the property. After me liaising with the buyer directly for days the paperwork has finally been sent but can now take weeks for this to be approved. My new build builder is piling on the pressure and threatening to pull out. But the APL have still made no contact with my solicitor or even push to get this sorted. Another issue created by them that could have been avoided if actioned in Oct when it was first chased!!! Absolutely awful firm.

We finally moved in March, but I've still been informed that APL Have not completed the correct information, resulting in the Sanctuary chasing me for money that my buyer owes as the property hasn't been moved in to there name due to there inability to answer them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you want to keep your sanity.
