Third class company of the india no better services for worker and customer. Apollo pharmacy is very bad services give to employee and customer. I am not happy with the company because of company has no rules and regulation.

I ordered sugar, high bp, cholesterol and blood thinner on 05th jan and they showed me the delivery date as 08th jan then moved the delivery date to 10th jan, still they haven’t delivered and they don’t care the need of such important medicines and their agents also disconnect the chat abruptly without proper resolution. Really a bad service I ever received from any pharmacy. They are just frauds.

Worst service. They will be postponing the delivery for days together. If you have Fever today, they will supply the medicine after considerable delay..May be for your next fever. If there is minus rating , will give minus ratings
Very pathetic service

Apollo pharmacy workers behave like they are the boss of this company and show their ANGRY ROTTEN FACE to their customers.
After buying a medicine why don't they show the QR code to make the payment from our end? They do not show the QR code and ask our cell phone to them to scan. Nowadays technology has come up with many ways of fraudsters. Why should we give our Cell phone to their hands to scan the QR code. Keep it publicly so that we can scan to do our payment. WE must know what we do.

I ordered medicine from Apollo Pharmacy based on my prescription, and I expected to receive it earlier. Despite the pharmacy being nearby, there has been a delay, and I've already missed three doses. The order status still shows 'out for delivery,' and despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach the delivery person for an update.

Worst service after taking there membership and paying there doctor on call still from 2 days for a child's medication they are with excuses and no one calls horrible

First off, i was supposed to get order before 5pm as scheduled during time of ordering as I needed the medications on urgent basis. At 5:13 pm, I got message saying the order is delivered. Whereas I was home all the time, no delivery, checked with security, no delivery. And then again at 7pm, I got call from delivery person that he had come then and did not even come for home delivery, just dropped at security.
Next about the displayed price on website for the product I ordered, mrp shown was 302.5 Rs on apollo page, while the box had 275 Rs printed on it. Are they even allowed to scam like this??
Anyway, had a first bad experience and guess will never try again.

Worst online medicine supplier.Even when doctor prescrption is uplaoded they give the reason of recent policy update that, they have decided not to sell the the prescribed medicines online.
When two months early online purchase is referred they say now the recent policy update they are unable to suplly.

Delivers fake medicine and then they give excuse that this is not their responsibility.

NEVER try to buy any Medicines from Online Apollo Pharmacy. These are FRAUDS and CHEATERS with a gang of Jokers. These people are playing with people who are need of medicines and wait for their false promises. I called +91-9355247247 and spoke to one Adnan. Today, 20/07/2024 at 2:49 PM IST, Ordered Medicines, also sent him the Doctors Prescription. He promised me that my medicines will reach at my doorstep at 6:00 PM. I have received a call from a so called "Doctor" and he asked me about the medicines and why I needed them. He said my order has been approved. When I did not get the medicines, I called up again at 6:00 PM, another fellow picked up the call and said order has been processed and will be surely deliver before 8:00 PM. at 9:00 PM, I called again and one Tushar picked up the call. It was his bad luck and I am sure he never would have heard such frustrations from any customer in his life with Apollo Online Pharmacy.

Same complaint is being posted in Consumer Court.

Never buy products online from apollo pharmacy. I ordered 3 products online they sent me 2 products and when I went to inform them they are saying I am submitting invalid email id...I will stop going to there hospital also nor will ever take some patient to apollo hospital.

This pharmacy is run like a grocery shop. I ordered a prescription medicine and they did not deliver it on time though they promised to deliver it. Look like they took the order without having it in stock. However they guaranteed on time delivery when I called them. Since pain aggravated, I had to hunt and get the medicine from a local shop. Don't trust them. They just don't understand sense of urgency wrt prescriptions. It's worse than a grocery shop.

Dear Apollo Pharmacy Team,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience on your app. I ordered a set of tablets priced at Rs. 148, and the app indicated a total charge of Rs. 150, including delivery charges and 18% GST. I accepted this amount and chose the cash on delivery option.However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the total amount to be Rs. 471. Additionally, the price per tablet tripled from Rs. 148 to Rs. 168 without any prior notification. The app showed Rs. 150, and there was no indication that I would be charged Rs. 168 per trip, which is an unjustified increase of Rs. 20 per trip.When I reached out to customer service, I was told that I should have cancelled the order at the doorstep and that there was nothing they could do. This response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service and business practices.Your app's pricing transparency and accuracy are severely lacking, leading to a significant overcharge and a frustrating customer experience. This misleading practice should be addressed immediately to avoid misleading other customers.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure such issues do not recur. Until then, I advise others to be wary of the pricing discrepancies and poor customer service on the Apollo Pharmacy App.

Charged me for the medicines which are restricted for online selling
When i wrote to the customer care they never addressed the main issue
They just wrote medicines will be delivered on time

I am compelled to write this scathing review about Apollo Pharmacy's delivery service, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for my essential heart medications on the 4th of March 2024, expecting a timely delivery by the latest on the 5th of March 2024, as per their promised commitment on their app.

To my disbelief and distress, the medications never arrived. Despite my numerous calls and reminders, the Apollo Pharmacy delivery team failed miserably in fulfilling their obligations. As a heart patient, the timely delivery of my medication is crucial for my health and well-being. The blatant disregard for their promised delivery timeline has caused me significant anxiety and distress.

Even after the unacceptable delay, I decided to cancel the order on the 8th of March 2024, as I could not afford to compromise my health any further. Shockingly, Apollo Pharmacy failed to process my refund promptly, adding insult to injury. Their lackadaisical attitude towards the urgency of my situation is utterly inexcusable.

I am appalled by the misleading and false commitments made by Apollo Pharmacy, leaving me without the essential medication I rely on. This experience has not only jeopardized my health but has also shattered my trust in their services. I strongly advise anyone considering Apollo Pharmacy for their medication needs to think twice and explore more reliable options. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer well-being is unforgivable, and I sincerely hope others can avoid the distress I have endured due to Apollo Pharmacy's abysmal service.

Horrible company. They are cheaters. We had ordered few days back. Did not receive my product. Did not even get my money back. I have been following up from the last 20-25days, everybody just says give me 24hrs but nothing else happens. No body is responding. I want my money back.
