Received the wrong parcel because of delivery guy's negligence. Asked to wait for 48 hrs when called customer care. they don't understand the seriousness of medicine.

Terror-fying/funding?
Used for their "delivery" services.
This seems to be some boy-racer/teenager that delivers erratically at best - different times, days, etc etc.
Grumpy and with "not the greatest" attitude, I would be incredibly concerned if this kid were dealing with elderly or vulnerable people - NEVER wore a face mask.
Meds have turned up in damaged packaging and sometimes missing meds. Eventually service got so bad I complained to the Pharamcy regulation body. A few weeks later I got a phone call from Apollo asking if I had made a complaint and stating I could no longer get delivery. I suspect they maliciously timed this as I now have about a week until current meds run out.
Basically accept bad service or they'll cut you off when it's most inconvenient.

I am Wing Commander PR Swamy residing in Bangalore. We hv a Apollo Pharmacy right across the road to our apartment complex. Our pincode in Bangalore 560083. Apollo Pharmacy code reads JAMBUSAVARI -2 BGLR. Mob number 63648 53518. This branch of Apollo Pharmacy gave me the worst customer service. I ordered for a medicine 24 hrs before. I was promised it will delivered today by noon. when I cked at noon I was told it will be delivered in 30 mts and it will be delivered at my apartment. The employee who gave these assurances was ARJUN. when I went there after 24 hrs of the order and found th medicine was lying in the pharmacy with no information to me.
But when I read the reviews of others, I find it is only adverse, very bad, horrible. Not one person has written a good review. It is shameful that a shameful pharmacy exists in this country. I will be going on FB and Twitter and share my experience so that people are aware of this horrendous pharmacy that does more harm than good for public.

Most fraudulent and unreliable. They love to take people's money and even force Circle membership down your throat and there's no way to reach them if a critical order is delayed and you are left with no medicines. I strongly urge everyone to be very careful and avoid these scamsters. Don't say you weren't warned!

Worst worst.
I needed the medicine desperately and thought these guys could be trusted. They took my payment and didn't deliver on time. I kept calling customer care, no one received, what to speak of telling me the status of delivery. After hours some Dr Shabina Wani called up to confirm and I am a quite sure she wasn't a real doctor at all.
The worst possible service.
I wonder how Apollo is tolerating such poor service.
It's later that I read the reviews and all of them are cursing this service. Pl pl don't go for it
