Paul was a incredibly skilled and diligent operator when fitting our new blinds.
Excellent work.

We had our fly screen installed by Colin. The installation took the whole day and it was quite a warm day but Colin had no complaint at all. Colin was courteous and helpful and answered our questions on aftercare. We are happy with the installation and would recommend.

The whole process was very professional and thorough. Lynn helped us design the awning that met our needs. The follow up survey suggested minor improvements which we can now see were necessary.

We were updated on our order and expected fitting date.

Matty and Andy who fitted the awning, were great. They arrived on schedule, completed the work with the minimum of disruption to ourselves and our neighbours. They made sure we understood and agreed different aspects of the fitting. They explained the mechanism and ran through tips for getting the best use of the awning.

We would not hesitate to recommend the product and the team to others.

Efficient. Took care of the property. Got it right. Explained everything well. Great work really!

Good quality product, which, when fitted, looks integral to our existing bifold door. Paul C our surveyor and fitter was very friendly and helpful.

It might very well be the case that this is a good company, BUT my gripe with them is the following:
At some point, I interacted with a social media post (possibly Facebook, can't remember) indicating an interest in flyscreens (true) and wanting to download their brochure (possibly true, can't remember as I was just doing research).
I entered my details and - stupidly - my phone number. BIG mistake. I'm now being HOUNDED by emails (easy to ignore) and sales calls (not as easy to ignore), both from bots and real humans.
I do understand the concept of follow-up calls, but this is on another level. I feel like Harry Styles being chased by a crowd of teenage fans. It's too much!! The fact that the Truecaller app is displaying your number as "Blinds Scam" tells me that this is a common practice that's been upsetting many others.
Based on this experience, I'm completely put off by this company and will not entertain ever becoming a customer.
If anyone from Appeal Shading reads this: Please! Stop! Calling! Me! You seriously need to re-evaluate your marketing strategy.

Julian has been brilliant, with really good communication on arrival for the appointments, to showing me how everything works. He was very pleasant and just got on with the installation and did a fantastic job in the fitting. I would highly recommend him and Appeal Shading.

The awning was fitted by Charles and Tom who provided an extremely professional service and were clean and tidy workers. We are very pleased with the product itself and it's evident quality will undoubtedly increase the value of our property.

Reliable for appointments - turned up when they said they would for the initial cosultation, measuring and fitting.
Paul the fitter very friendly, tidy and courteous.

The awning from Appeal is great, very good quality. From design to fitting the whole process has been smooth, with great communication. Charles and Tom fitted our awning efficiently today, in good time, left the area clean and tidy and explained the workings.
Would recommend this company, we found the people to be professional and helpful.

Julian was very professional and provided a very pleasant install experience. Have no complaints whatsoever. A+++. And the fly screens looked even better than I thought it would be - wish I had them done sooner!

We ordered both a Canopy and Flyscreens back in Aug\Nov 23’ Ordering delivery and fitting were excellent, cannot fault the system for that.
But recently one of our dogs got spooked and ran through the blind !
So I rang customer service waited around 15 minutes, quoted the original order number, that member of staff apologised as she couldn’t find it! She would call me back shortly, 3 hours later no call so again I called back, again waited, told the same story that she would ring me back straight away now nearly 22 hours still no call back, I even sent an email,still no response. What do you have to do nowadays ? Customer service is not acceptable.

Just had 3 blinds installed today by Paul C after being recommended by our neighbours. Had great service from the company, clear communication about visits etc. Paul arrived promptly both times he visited, talked us through how blinds/remote works etc and no mess at all. Blinds look lovely and looking forward to using them.

We have had fly screens fitted and the whole experience has been excellent. Initial contact with sales who came out to look at what we wanted along with demonstration screens. Fitter survey to make sure what was ordered was correct and then fitting which has been completed today by Paul C who completed the work quickly with no fuss and no mess.

All the representatives of your company that I've dealt with, from Beverley on Sales, Gail in Admin and finally Julian on Survey and fitting were an excellent advert for the Brand. All have been extremely professional and helpful in everything they were involved in. Putting us, the client first and accommodating to the best of their ability.

Have had 2 sets of conservatory blinds from company over the years . My new set have an issue with twisting due to the white rectangle support in the bottom corners of the blinds moving. My previous blinds had different supports held by 2 screws to hold in place and never had any issues whereas my new ones are only held by one. This clearly is not strong enough to hold the blind and defect in new design. On contacting customer services I have been told I would need to pay a call-out fee of a minimum of £149 which I feel is totally wrong as this fault is beyond my control and a defective design. I therefore feel unhappy with the customer service afforded to us.

Difficult to install the hub do to the wall insulation but Paul persevered and was very patient as the hub kept trying to connect to another wi fi. He got there in the end and the blinds look lovely.
