Very professional company. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. This guarantees none of the " buy cheap, pay twice" trap. I've done that too many times. These are likely to last 20 plus years and beyond.
I was kept up-to-date on the progress.
The blinds are exactly what I wanted. They were fitted by Ryan Mark's, who arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and incredibly efficient. Had two large, one small blind and an insect screen fitted within a couple of hours at most. Absolutely amazing job thank you to all.

The ordering process was straightforward and clear.
Fitting the blinds was done by Dariusz who was very diligent to ensure that the blinds were all working correctly and their control co-ordinated with the existing blinds efficiently. This is the third time I have used Appeal and I am happy to recommend them.

Dariusz fitted the second set of blinds today including our gable blinds. Excellent clean job and cleared all the boxes. Friendly service with good explanation and set up controls. We would definitely recommend him for you fitting.

Dan has done a super job, and left the house clean and tidy. Really pleased with the finished job. He took lots of time to explain how everything works.

Amazing service, very nice people to deal with and great engineer that fitted the product. I had Paul Coomber very polite and explained everything and went out of his way to keep my cats safe when going back and forth to van .

Danny was very thorough and detailed with survey and installation with attention to detail to make sure everything was right.

Great service from both Yasmin as initial contact and Danny for measuring up and instillation. Both were friendly and professional. The blinds are good quality and look fantastic.Danny made the sure we were happy with them answering any questions we had. We would recommend Appeal blinds and will be using Appeal again in the near future.

I am very impressed by the quality of Appeal's personnel.
Rachel impressed me with her professionalism during her consultation visit and showed me different models of insect screens.
Danny and Mark later came over for a survey and later to install the screens I chose.
They were very respectful of my property and showed great skill. The installation was smoothly completed with minimum inconvenience to my family.

Alan Robinson was here today ti fit blinds to all my windows. He made sure I could reach them all, that I understood exactly how they work and made the experience pain free. Site was left clean and tidy too. Highly recommend.

He answered all the questions we had about the use of our blinds and roof lights

The team who installed our skylight blind at a height of 5 metres were professional, efficient and friendly. They took time to explain how to operate and get the best value from it. They were careful not to damage our floor and they cleaned up afterwards.
Communications were complicated by the separation of responsibility and decisions between the design (sales) consultant and the survey/installation team. Fortunately the project coordinator was able to resolve these.
HSS Hire who delivered and collected the internal scaffolding tower rarely told us when they were coming.
Of course the real test is how the blind is operating in five years time.

We are totally amazed of the final result! Colin did a fantastic job! We are very glad to install an insect net to our bi- folding doors towards the garden! It looks very sophisticated, elegant and impressive ! Thank you Colin!

Dariusz Ciechacki was extremely conscientious in this measurements to get the best fit. He took his time to fit the replacement blinds sit perfectly and seamlessly in their final position.

Got charged £8.28 to send me some tiny tensioner clips via Royalmail large letter - package weight 87g.... what?
Each clip £0.63. I guess these could be (and probably are) pumped out in Guangzhou for a few pence each (maybe less!).
So, a combination of 'ripoff Britain' and a captive market I guess. Unique to Appeal it seems so you're stuck with it...
To be honest, they should be free as the original design WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, hence the redesign. And who makes parts that disintegrate under UV light - they're in the sun!!

So, Guangzhou it is then..!
