Good service, easy process. The teams we had on installation were all great, we had a big team arrive due to the job in hand. Headed up by John and Dan. All were friendly and worked hard to complete the job. Given we replaced original stained glass windows we were very worried about how it would all look. The house looks amazing and we are very pleased. There are a few outstanding points that we are waiting to hear on. That for me will be the telling sign of the customer journey / service in which apple offer.

We have used Apple before for our front windows which were fine.Also we had a new front door from them which was guaranteed for 10 years - but when the lock went wrong after several years we were told it didnt include the lock, so we had to pay a locksmith. Then they put a new roof on our conservatory. Unfortunately there were various snagging problems with that and we found it difficult to contact anyone to get it put right, but it was eventually sorted. So when we wanted a couple of back windows replaced we were a little hesitant to go ahead. The salesman, Sean, apologised about the lock and allowed for it in the new quote. Initially Apple rang to change the date of installation for the back windows.. But the back windows are now installed and we are very pleased with them. The two fitters John and Dan were very helpful and did the job efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. They deserve 5 stars but we have downgraded Apple as a whole to 4 stars due to previous difficulties.

Both chaps did excellent job.

I had a consoltaton a few weeks ago. Was told by the rep that the design of conservatory I needed would have to be designed in office and he would email a quote to me imminently.
Still waiting now for the quote. Very dissappointed that still a few weeks on, no contact at all.

Kevin & Thomas have done a very good job and have been very polite and helpful in every way, I could recommend them to any person at anytime, they have left our house very clean and tidy, thank you both. My wife says they are lovely lads.

would like to say thank you to Kevin and Thomas for fitting my doors and windows. They were polite, friendly and tidied up after themselves and they carried out an excellent job considering there were a couple of issues like the front door came the wrong way round, but the boys got it sorted, taking glass out of my bedroom windows on just a ladder, which they should of had at least a tower or scaffolding bearing in mind we had a couple of windy days. this job should of been a 4 day job and not 3 , but this was not the fitters problem.

I would like to thank Kevin and Thomas for the service they provided. Prompt arrival very polite and well spoken. They didn't stop from start to finish of the job. Very happy with my door and windows. They are a very good and a hard working team.

Jamie and Danny the fitters were very polite and did a good job. They were however often later arriving than they said they would. That being said they were nice to have around and were very good with the family dog!

On the other hand Apple as a company has been very hard to deal with. They do not respond to complaints, they often do not answer their phones or their emails and do not communicate at all well. It seems as though they have a policy of ignoring a problem and hoping it will go away!

Due to a massive error on their behalf with the start date of our build being delayed 2 months we almost cancelled the job. (A deal was struck to stop us doing so ....)

So Jamie and Danny get 4/5 whilst Apple get 1/5 (their conservatory was a nice build once finished!)

Absolutely the worst service and support I have ever experienced. Four months and they are unable to complete a simple patio roof 3 m X 5,4 m.

Ever ongoing saga with a faceless company since 9 July 2018 when the deposit was paid and contract signed. It is now the end of October 2018 and the work is still not complete.

Managers and the big kahuna, Mr. Scott Hill are nowhere to be found, staff may not supply telephone numbers of email addresses. I managed to convince someone in the accounts department to supply a name to me, then emailed Mr. Scott Hill - no response from him either.

Time line:
9 July 2018, contract signed and deposit paid. Two months later, on 30 August 2018 - First incorrect installation and Final payment of £6,813.00. (Huge mistake from my side to make payment).
18 September 2018 - First effort to normalise the installation.
12 October - Second effort to normalisation installation.
Then nothing, no response to emails, being stonewalled by call center staff.
Now been promised that they will complete the work by the 7th of November 2018.
9 July till 7 November, let's see. I also informed them that during the last effort, they bent the front beam of the roof.

I find that they:
Do not allow time for proper planning;
There is no material QA or confirming that the correct material goes to site;
Insufficient measurement tools, incorrect measurement and no checks, even had to lend them a set square and a 8 m tape measure; they chip concrete up with screw drivers
Blame game, pleading innocence, finger pointing, false promises and a disappointed customer;
Return and attempt to "fix" the installation at 18:00 after working on another new installation for the whole day, again without ensuring that all material required is on site;
Second attempt to "fix" the installation also failed due to again not having the correct material on site;
Just promises and apologies.

Y2189104 Jamie and danny are two very friendly,knowledgeable and polite installers. They kept us updated on their progress at all times.They were quite prepared to go the extra mile on what proved to be rather a tricky job.

After having an Orangery installed, we went back to Apple for a door, a window and a window to be converted into double doors. I am very happy that we did. The rooms look great and the staff were all nice to deal with and knew their trades.

R2192405 We ordered one door and 3 windows from Apple, having used them previously for a Conservatory and replacement front door. The fitters, Dale and John, were outstanding, very knowledgeable and competent. That was fortunate, as one dormer window was too big, and the site manager did not bother to come out to verify this. Dale and John had a tricky time of it, but managed to fit it with no damage to the cement and hanging tiles. Although the management was poor, the quality of these two fitters eclipsed the lack of corporate responsibility.

We have just had canopy built at the side of our house to replace an old one.
My only complaint was that the job started a week later than planned as a previous job overran. I was warned about the late start at the beginning of the week & was told that the job would commence at the end of the week. The end of the week came & went with no sign of the installers & no warning from Apple.
However,once the work got underway I was very impressed by the hard work & long hours put in by the installation team. They were thorough & courteous & made sure that as far as possible the site was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & the old canopy & rubbish were removed.
We are very pleased with the end result & the quality of the materials used was second to none.
This is the second time I have used Apple having previously had replacement windows fitted.
I recommend the company & would use them again.

Do not use! The guy Alan from Wool Dorset working for Apple Conservatories, didn't answer calls and when he finally turned up left the room in a mess. He asked for cash and after he had gone (from fitting 2 windows and a door) we noticed he had covered up 3 loose bricks! When you look from below you could see the outside. There was plaster missing from the walls and broken glass under the appliances. He claimed he would return but never did. When I contacted him, he claimed to be an independent and nothing to do with Apple! I have photos of his Apple van with reg no. All the equipment and materials came from the van. Is he from Apple? Do Apple allow their employees to moonlight with their stock? Should I contact Rogue Traders? If this work was not carried out by Apple home improvements, why is someone using Apples vehicles and products. I can provide a picture of the van outside my house along with a picture of the Apple employee doing the work!

I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. We recently used Apple to fit a conservatory and what should of been an easy, enjoyable experience with a company like Apple turned out to be extremely stressful. The job was started late and over ran by 6 weeks. There was a catalog of errors.
. Doors to big that no flooring could be laid.(which no one picked up on)
. New doors had to be fitted and plastering re done.
. Little to no communication.
. Builders not on site when sand and gravel delivered. Blocking access to the house.
. Constant mess and rubbish left behind.
. Never really knowing when and if any one was going to arrive.
. Jobs marked as completed when in fact the hadn't been.
Would never use them again and certainly would never recommend them.

A professional job completed by a company in which I have confidence. Able to liaise with the business at every stage knowing that any concern would be acted upon.

The fitters on site were always friendly, trustworthy and clearly wanted to provide a good standard of work. Extra work to improve some lead flashing on the house roof was greatly appreciated!

R2190497 Had a French door and bathroom window fitted. The quality of the product was fantastic. Bathroom window went in nice and simple but the French door had its challenges but the work was completed to a more than high standard. The fitters Dale and John were top notch guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was also obvious that they had a wealth of knowledge.

From start to finish the whole experience with Apple Home Improvements was faultless . The surveyor and office staff very helpful and efficient. The fitters ; Dan and Lewis, Luke and Rob all lovely, polite lads , arrived exactly on time and soon got to work. They were very respectful of our home covering floors and furniture etc with dust sheets. The installation was completed on time to a very high standard with no issues. They left my home very clean and tidy . I am so very pleased with my lovely new windows and doors and would highly recommend Apple and their skilled fitters.

This is the second time I have used Apple and in both cases all the various staff I have met or spoken to over the phone have been courteous and polite.
They have met all meeting times and explained what is going to be done clearly and then completed the work and left our house clean and tidy.
I did have concerns when they installed my guttering and soffits which they did return and sorted out.
I have just had a new front door fitted and again I am very satisfied with the work do e.
I would recommend them to you, they may not be the cheapest but in the end as they sa you always get what you pay for.
