Efficient, Quick Service at Reasonable Cost
I contacted Appliance Repair because the my Frigidaire cooktop burners quit working. The appointment was booked for within 48 hours and I immediately received call from Shawn, said he was in the area and would I be available for him to come by that afternoon, advised I would be home. Shawn arrived within 20 mins of the time he gave me. He was friendly and respectful of our property. He proceeded to diagnose the issue, took cooktop apart, identified parts that were needed and reassemble the cooktop. Shawn figured labor and parts cost, and invoice was delivered to my email as soon as the job finished and it was a reasonable charge. Shawn left the unit and the kitchen clean and tidy. I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and have used them again.

I contacted Appliance Repair because the fridge section of our Bush fridge-freezer was not cold. The appointment was booked for within 48 hours and I immediately received email and text confirmation of the date and time (no waiting in all day). Paul arrived within 20 mins of the booked appointment. He was friendly and respectful of our property. He proceeded to diagnose the issue (not a faulty thermostat, as I had suspected) and then virtually had to dismantle the freezer to make the repair. Once re-assembled, the unit started to work immediately and within a few hours the fridge was cold again. Paul was in attendance for about an hour. The invoice was delivered to my email as soon as the job finished and it was a reasonable charge. Paul left the unit and the kitchen clean and tidy. I was very happy with the service. I recommend Appliance Repair and will be happy to use them again.
