This company is a scam
Hi, I made a return well over 10 days ago and haven't heard anything back regarding my refund. My experience with your company has not been good. Was very disappointed when I received my part and it was disgustingly dirty, greasy, and had food particles all over it. This is why I decided not to install it and instead return it. Now over 10 days and have not received my refund. Do not order from them. They are a scam!!!!

Products are good poor return polivy
Products are good, but awful return policy. Ordered the wrong agitator. When I opened the box noticed it was wrong and never took it out of the box. Order a new one that fit perfect. Sent the old one back either a $12.99 label sent from company which was fine. Much cheaper than usps. I sent it back and they received it on 6/29. Almost a month, still waiting for refund. If you call their customer service get ready to hang on the phone for over an hour. It is too bad because they sell a good product but give you a hard time with return.

In the past year or so I have ordered several parts, each for different reasons. I have had no issues with parts not matching nor delivery being an issue.. in fact if I have any issue with this company as things stand, its that I can't really complain about anything. You order, its correct, it fits, it works, and arrives on time.
There was a time when that was just a given, but these days its a real blessing.

Ordered on a Saturday with 2-day shipping, expecting it to ship Monday and arrive Wednesday. It didn’t actually ship until Tuesday, pushing delivery to Thursday — a full day later than promised. I had a flight connection arranged around the Wednesday delivery, and the delay caused me to miss it. If 2-day shipping doesn’t start counting until the part actually leaves the warehouse, that needs to be made clear at checkout, because as sold it reads as a delivery guarantee, not a transit-time estimate. Disappointing experience for something I was relying on for time-sensitive travel plans.
