I was concerned I would not be able to find a replacement part for my 15-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator. Appliance parts pro made the ordering process quick and easy.

I have rentals and use Appliance Parts Pros for all my appliance part needs. I might be able to find a cheaper source, but I've never received an unacceptable product and their website makes it very easy to find the part I need. Their delivery is fast and reliable. I once ordered parts direct from GE, but then ended ordering a few days later from Appliance Parts Pro. The reason was GE could not tell me when the parts would arrive. Appliance Parts Pro parts arrived before the GE parts.

Woke up to a refrigerator puddle. Needed a Refrigerator Ice Maker Fill Tube and Grommet Assembly, mine was broken. AppliancePartsPros have it in stock and it will be here tomorrow. Every time I need a part, they have it. Can't ask for more than that.

Got (and paid for) the wrong part number from an APP advisor. Now I'll only get a partial refund- or no refund at all if it doesn't get there in time.

While trying to view and/or purchasing a part and the screen flips you to another part. No knowing that this is happening, the WRONG PART was ordered. Now I had to reorder a new part to replace the wrong part. This wrong part was done by an employee at Appliance Parts - this almost happened again as I was trying to order the correct part. The website took me to another page with the wrong part and I went to another page and almost ordered the wrong part. Lucky I caught screen/part switch.

Once I got started with a chat it went very well. I wish that the diagrams would show/discribe the parts better

Easy to find the parts you need and the pricing is good. These days it is hard to find someone to do the repairs, so sometimes you have to do them yourself. It says the parts will be in tomorrow (5/1), so we'll see.

Fantastic company. Great "How to" videos. MASSIVE amount of parts available. Had a slight issue with shipping (shipped late) and they made it right immediately; no questions asked, Cannot recommend this company enough. I will only buy future parts from these fine people.

They sent me a defective part. I had to source another thermostat locally, because the oven had to work the next day. Appliance partspro refuse to refund the purchase. Don't use these people as they do not stand behind the products they sell. Even though they are about the most expensive place out there.
