AppliacePartsPros refused to open a claim with FedEx. ApplianceParsPros refused to assist with a FedEx claim. AppliancePartsPros refused to re-ship order. Unacceptable.
Order No 17080999 was placed for two items. They chose to ship by FedEx. Order never received. They refused to open a claim with FedEx and they refused to reship order, claiming address was a freight forwarder which it is not. The address is for Let Us Mail, an authorized FedEx shipping location that receives deliveries from all parcel services and the US Postal Service. It operates identical to UPS store. Fed Ex claimed the order was delivered but failed to indicate the delivery address or location and stated order was signed for by DMendoza at 11 am. There was no FedEx delivery to the designated address at 11 am on that date. The FedEx delivery was at 4 pm and did not include this parcel. There are two people that work at this location and no one with a name anything like DMendoza. AppliancePartsPros refused to assist with a FedEx claim. AppliacePartsPros refused to open a claim with FedEx. AppliancePartsPros refused to re-ship order. Unacceptable.

Process was very easy to order. Confirmed the part fit and got it ordered quick and easy.

I purchased a part for my Whirlpool Microwave and used their website to select what was listed as a compatible part. I paid over $100 for this part. What I received was a part for a Stainless steel microwave. I called the company the next day and was given a return goods authorization. At the same time I ordered the correct part. I shipped the returned part back exactly as they required . In the same box and not tampered with. It took 25 days for them to issue a refund after they received it via FedEx. They do not refund sales tax or shipping. What a ripoff. I will never do business with them again.

Enjoyed working with AppliancePartsPros to buy a much needed replacement arm for my dishwasher. It was very easy to understand how to find and order the part. I did so and will receive it next week in time for installation.

I ordered a dryer part and paid for overnight shipping prior to the start of the business day. That evening I received an email that FedEx was still awaiting the package. It was never shipped so I tried to cancel the order and find it locally. They said it already shipped and I couldn't cancel it but I could return it at my expense when it eventually delivered. Later in the day I received a message that it will be delivered on the 5th day after my order was placed. They would not admit it never left their building and the order could have been canceled. Bad customer interaction and deceptive operating practice.

Not only got the part I needed quickly and easily I also got instructions on how to install it! Great! Thanks a lot!!

Shipping was fast. The crisp draw hold up wonderful. I replaced 1 last year and replacing the other now.

A single wheel on the upper dishwasher rack broke. The end result was the rack would not roll in and out without tipping. By looking at the main parts of the roller assembly I identified the part number and ordered it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. If you watch the video provided, you are able to see every step needed to complete the installation successfully. With 20 minutes of effort, success!

This is my third time ordering parts from Appliance Parts Pros to fix my Whirlpool Dryer. It’s at least 30 years old and they’ve always had OE parts to fix it.

The parts had great pictures, which is especially helpful if you don't know the name of the part. The Appliance Compatibility Tool was super helpful too.

I can always find what I need! Just input the model number and serial number and you see pictures and instructions. Really helpful. Shipping is fast too.
