Finally found a company who stocks parts for my side by side refrigerator and freezer. Very quick to fill and deliver order. Was getting very frustrated trying to find a company who offers parts. Already have placed a second order for additional parts.

This site was so easy to use and find answers to questions. Price is reasonable and explanations accurate.

Site is easy to navigate and the product photos help to ensure one is ordering the correct part. Likewise, ordering and paying went very smoothly. In this case, I used PayPal mostly because I haven't used Appliance Parts Pros all that often. The last and most important step, that is, "delivery" has yet to take place. If it is timely and accurate, they will receive that 5th star.

Website was clunky…had to enter my info twice when I needed to edit the cart. How the cart got to 2 parts when all I need is one part is beyond me. Quite frustrating.

I ordered refrigerator, dishwasher and washer parts before I retired. I always orderd from Appliance Parts Pro. Of course I only fixed things when I had time because I had a full time and 2 part time jobs. Now that I am officially retired I decided to open an account. I'm going to be doing more appliance repairs for my kids and my home now that I have more time on my hands. I have always had great experience with orders from Appliance Parts Pros. Thanks guys !

In the beginning ... I needed a new motor. When I had to cut my old fan of the old motor. I decided to replace motor, fan, drum felt, belt on drum, drum rollers, door switch and start button on the dryer.
Before I replaced all new internal parts the dryer was heating. After replacing with new part my dryer would no longer heat. I then ordered a thermal fuse, cycling thermostat, and heating element. (I thought the Hi-Limit thermostat would come with the element. Sadly it did not!)
Each time I have order parts it cost shipping fees. This will be the fourth order of parts to complete dryer repair. (hoping this will fix the issue) Without being able to talk directly to a technician I've had to continue to order parts to complete the repair. At this cost I could have bought a new dryer. I am a 60 yr old female that tries to fix things before replacing them, if possible
The website has had everything (parts) that I have needed so far, but my complaints are -
1. the shipping is to expensive... if you need to order additional parts for the same appliance.
2. not being able to speak directly to a service tech has caused me to trouble shoot parts to find what the problem is. Talking directly to a tech would have saved me a lot of money and frustration with the appliance repair.
( I don't want to text my issues to a service tech or speak to a robo-techniian)
Can't say if I will continue to use this company as I have found my same dryer parts on Amazon for half the price with free delivery and returns if needed.

Everything went smoothly especially after I entered the correct model number of my whirlpool dryer
