Only use them for a price match at a more reputable company...
Like so many others here, (see all versions of appliances-connection) it's been a nightmare dealing with this company for over 6 months due to an incorrect order placed by their salesman.
Since they do have a brick and mortar store in Brooklyn, in the future I will use them only for a price match at a more reputable store that actually knows what "customer service" means.
Honestly, if you have to ever deal with their customer service you will think you are being spoofed by some TV show. It's really that bad!!! Customer Service manager Richard Andellini was particularly rude.
Buyer beware. Life is too short to go through this kind of nonsense.

I got a great price on a coin washer …
I got a great price on a coin washer every thing went very smooth,until it reached the trucking company to bring it to me, they would set a day to deliver it and never show ,after the 3rd no show, I called Appliances Connection and spoke with Chichana, she let me vent, said she would take care of it. AND DID. the next day it was at my house, I will deal with Appliances Connection again. I really do not want to deal with Accurate Cargo ever again, But I will if Chichana has my back.

I was extremely happy with my purchase from Appliances Connection. I saw the bed frame online but it was no longer available and after searching everywhere I found it at AC for a good price. The customer service rep that I spoke to was great and the delivery was quick and pleasant. They delivered when they said and the delivery men were very polite.

Awesome customer service, quick shipping, courteous delivery team, and BEST prices! I shopped everywhere for our GE Profile appliances before finally ordering them through Appliances Connection. They had the absolute best prices, almost too good to be true! I was nervous to order from an online company, but I'm so glad I did. Definitely worth the added delivery time when ordering out of state. I only wish I would have found them before I purchased our other appliances!
